Paid online for an item, confirmation email on 5th February. Went online 23rd February to check order status - order does not exist, so sent a query to their customer service via their website to enquire why the order doesn't exist on their system, yet payment made almost a month ago. No acknowledgement of the query, no reply. Not even a courtesy note of we are looking int this issue.
I'll leave you to your own conclusions as to what this indicates. I'll keep pestering them, with dwindling expectations, I'll let the community know the outcome, but for now - score is -2/10
