My problem turns out not to be a covered occurrence.
Phone person was good. He was attentive, efficient and understandable!!
Offered me a reasonable deal
The part was as ordered, and is functioning as expected. The only problem I had was they wished to confirm the order to be sure that it was legitimate. But I didn't receive their email until it was too late to respond that day. This delayed my response over a weekend and therefore delivery of the part and the repair for several days.
