Bought a Basalt water feature, after few days pieces broke off /cracks showed up. Gardensite would not
Arrange a return,would of cost us £120 to return. 0 customer service

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it unless you have to and be careful what you buy do not buy anything heavy.As they say
they refund you the cost knowing the shipping will be enormous , so they know you won't send it back.
