This company advertises great customer service. It provides a "24/7" customer service phone number. It provides a "live" chat option. Neither approach actually works. My umbrella cord frayed after 2 and 1/2 months use. I emailed the company and sent photos as requested. They agreed that the umbrella would be replaced, but first I had to pay $40 to ship the new umbrella. I was told to pay this charge using the customer service number. No one actually answers the phone and no one actually responds to voicemail messages. This company should be considered a scam. Do not buy anything from this company if you expect to need customer service. I personally have never had this experience before. I see other reviews that echo my experience, Stay away!
