This optics planet has attempted to scam to much money from my bank account. Apparently my info was sold on the black market n now being used to purchase products on their site, YET they can't reimburse me when I say it a scam. Repeatedly attempting to use my card so I blocked it, however there isn't an email I can write to to rectify this issue.them another site called hellcase was running my card through the night. Hellcase made off with $60

Hellcase is a scam….
And let me tell u why… two night ago I woke up to over ten transactions from hellcase charged to my account. Thankfully after the first 4 charges, my bank blocked the other 6 from happening. So ofc I reach out to hellcase and they pretend to care and reply saying " we can't help right now since the transaction is pending".
Then when the transaction does go through and am short $60. They say a refund is impossible….
I HAVE NEVER NOT ONE BEEN TO THIS SITE NOR HEARD OF THIS COMPANY. They said they can't refund because it was spent on their site. Well hello duh that's y I'm reaching out. I'd like my money back. They stole from me in the middle of the night idk how they got my info. Also from other reviews seems like they are LYING! And claiming it's outside people scamming them. I just need my money back this is really messed up that I didn't even tryyyyyy to make a purchase from them and they came knocking like the in the night. I promise. I will find out who runs this company or someone else will. And I will sue heavily or enjoy the jail time they get because surely they won't be able to pay me n the other people they scam back. Rot in hell u dirty thieves.
