I have ordered various products from modes4u a few months back and the package didn't arrive to my address, only later to find out from the company that it was sent back to their warehouse. The problem came when I no longer want the products and asked for a refund that no one hasn't contacted me since. Even after sending several emails, no one replied back. It would be appreciated if they contact me (or any other customer) to state for whatever reason why my request has been ignored. It does make me feel as though my money was stolen from me.

Hello, we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately this is not correct. We do refund all packages which have not been delivered or shipped back to us. However we have to wait until these are returned to our office before a refund is done. We also have informed you about this standard procedure and replied your emails accordingly. Thank you
