Terrible. Suing the company. Signed up with EPOS and bought the hardware because the salesman agreed and promised on a recorded call to a 30 day trial and $59 a month. After I found out they charged me $103 a month and found out about the HIDDEN fees 20 days later ($20 a month per unit if you don't use their credit processing service). Salesman never discussed this after I told him repeatedly I would be using my own credit processing. Didn't want to mention it. Wasted 2 months of my time. They told me my claims were not found after they reviewed the recorded calls... OK SHOW ME and let me listen to the calls. Tell me I'm wrong... they refused. I know the questions I asked. I'm now suing them because they won't allow me to return the $1600 worth of equipment I bought. Liars. Bad salesman. They will do whatever they can to get the sale. Awful experience. Letting my lawyer deal with this.
