I had an issue with my return label. The label has addresses printed on it for both USPS and UPS (on the same label), so, I attempted to do a virtual chat, on two separate occasions, with what they call "Madi" and each time was prompted to please be patient until they could connect me with a rep. "No reps available" popped up so I sent emails asking if I use the label and just drop the return into the UPS drop, since it is my preferred carrier. The agent who responded never answered the question, only directed me to the website instructions for returns. These guys suck! There isn't even an option to exchange items for a different size during the return process. The sizing is COMPLETELY off and it does not run small as some are saying they run about one size to large and I base this on orders I've placed for my three nieces who are all different sizes. I've had to return their items due to the items being too large for them even after using PYT's sizing charts.
