I purchased a dress from this Company on March 3I. Today after more than a month am advising everybody NOT TO BUY ANY MERCHANDISE FROM NEW CHIC. I am thinking it is a scam. My 0rder was delivered without a tracking number and I never received it. I called and they said without a tracking number they can't help me. So I requested they refund my money. They said they can't do that, because it was delivered (?)... It seems that I lost my money.
