Hello, I've never ordered from Kingsize until now, during Covid. Trying times, right?! Yes indeed! I placed my first order a couple of weeks ago. I didn't receive an order confirmation via email, it happens. Two weeks go by, still no notification re processing or shipment. I decided to read reviews, the majority of the reviews were extremely negative pertaining to shipping, exchanging, refunds and customer service. I decided it was time to call customer service to inquire about my order. I pressed # 1 information about my order, the recording stated the order was on back order. I hung up and decided to call back to speak to a representative to cancel my order considering it was on back order this would be an easy fix. I spoke with a friendly customer service rep, she looked into my order and stated it was in process for shipping. A conflict right, I have received any email notifications, my first call stated it was on back order, and not to mention all the negative reviews... what do I trust. I asked the CS rep if I could speak to her supervisor, Ami took my call and listened... I mean really listened. Ami confirmed that once the order is processed I could not cancel my order, I could return the item once I received but I said at a cost to me. Ami went a step further and said she understood my frustration, to rectify the problem she would be able to waive the 9.99 exchange mailing charges.
Ami's demeanor, listening and problem solving skills and expertise are a 5 star!
And this also says a lot about Kingsize as a company. We all should try to have more patience, open minded communication and listen to each other. Thank you
