My youngest son tried a hoverboard during our vacation oversees and kept saying he wants one. His brother found the great deal on hoverboarder.com and I gave it a try also because I could use paypal as a payment option. The site said 3-4 days to get it. We got the tracking number from FedEx, but nothing was changing - only the label was created. The promised day of delivery came and went - first disappointment. I contacted them by email (no answer or call back by phone) and they said it would be shipped the next day... Nothing changed and the next estimated date for delivery came and went. I contacted them again and this time they said: "if it does not ship out tomorrow... we will send you the hoverboard and refund the money". I was hoping they send it and at the same time hoping they don't;-) They did (we saw some progress on the tracking number) and we were waiting to get our hoverboard. The day came and we got two boxes. I thought: "Hm, I did not know I need to assemble it". Surprise, surprise. We got two instead of one. My oldest son was over himself and he got a great deal from his brother. Could not beat the price... and then get two. They are still the first thing they run to when they come back from school. Thank you.
PS: Please fix the shipping and handling issue - it would help your business a lot.
