I am using NYBOX since 2009 and still using their service till this moment May 2020. In short, the company is good but not as professional as MYUS.com. They have lower prices for small weight items for different carriers but when the item is heavy better to use MYUS.com - they are cheaper for heavyweights.
The management lacks a professional response or action. If the problem gets serious, they ignore you or simply don't satisfy you. One of the good features they have is to trash the original invoice and you revalue your items so you can avoid high customs in your country.
A serious issue I faced with them: They lost $500 value of items in one package and they refunded me only $150! Their excuses were not acceptable at all. Imagine I am a customer since 2009 and they did not solve my lost item issue! I wonder about their customer loyalty policy.
PROS:
- Low shipping prices for light items.
- The original invoice can be revalued.
- Easy web site to use
- TAX-free service
- Monthly subscription fees are not high. ($15 per month)
CONS
- Management not professional to deal with(you will discover this when you face problems with them)
- Customer service is slow in action. No online chat service
- Dimension weight existed. MYUS.com doesn't use DIM which is one of the excellent feature you have to consider.
- Slow in the process of preparing and repacking your item - it drove me crazy many times.
