Ordered several items--spoke with customer "lip" service because i was not happy with the quality of the items. They said they would happily refund my money and also provide return shipping. After waiting 2 weeks for return label and 3 phone calls I finally sent items back on my dime. I am now on my 4th phone call trying to get my refund... they apparently insist that you receive store credit, even though they originally promised me a full return to my original payment method. Not sure where the disconnect is, but you would think that an internet based clothing store would have their act together and would be able to facilitate returns to keep customers happy
