My order was shipped on 16 Oct, with shipping option that was supposed to deliver within 5-14 days. It is not 9 Nov and still havent got it!
Last tracking update was on 31 Oct, so I contacted their customers service, they told me to contact my local post lol So i spent HOURS trying to call the carriers only to have them told me one carrier gave it to the next one and the other telling me they didnt get it so the package must be lost! They told me to contact the sender so I emailed YesStyle again and they told me to wait until Nov 20 (cause the parcel might experience delay at customs' yeah right im sure they're checking skincare for 10 days lol) and only THEN they will contact the carriers and check! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Where does the date Nov 20 even come from
I dont wanna wait for 2-3 months to get stuff I ordered to get within 2 weeks!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I want my money back so I can order on different website, definitely not using YesStyle again. Most companies are able to solve this kind of problems quickly without any issues cause they care about customer satisfaction but this company is a joke thanking me for my patience
