I booked a round trip flights from FLIGHTHUB for 4 in May 2017 from Toronto to Manila for December. REMEMBER this was last MAY PURPOSE OF GETTING A GOOD PRICE AND TO AVOID LAST MINUTE BOOKING. Confident everything went well, booking confirmed e-ticket issued. Last October I received and email from flighthub for flight changed. It took me 4 days to decide if i take the flight changes because it conflicts with our plans but I took it anyway. When I checked my email after being updated, it was the same original flights that I booked (no changes). Fine with me because that's what I booked on the first place. Now here's the nightmare; Nov 23 2017 I received an email from Flighthub that needed immediate attention. Checked my booking and says Confirmed. Wondering why so I called Fligjhthub and they told me there's a problem with our flights. If our flights was booked, confirmed and with e-ticket# issued and remember I booked in May how could I be having this problem now that we only have 24 days to go before our flights? Now they're telling me there is no available seats for the flights that I booked. How could they issue a ticket number without booking for the flight? I called them several times and every time the option they're giving me is to PAY the difference or get a REFUND or Cancel our flights. Last night I called again this time they promise to do what they can to resolve the problem and asked me to call back within 48 to 72 hours. Flighthub there are no options. PLEASE what I need is to be on the plane on December 23, arrive in MANILA on the 25th no later than 10am, and come back in TORONTO on the 13th of January 2018. You created this problem please solve it.

When they say no need to call that you are set to go, PLEASE always call to confirm for your peace of mine.
