I have a simple problem with Divi Builder. I get on their chat and they tell me they can't help me until I login to prove I'm a paying member. So I login, then they tell me tech support help will take "an hour or so" and they quit responding to me. I need someone to see the issue on my screen, not have a confused conversation every two hours whenever they decide to help. Why can't your sales person help? They obviously have the capacity to answer immediately. It's really poor judgement to tell your customer to log in to get support, and then the second they log in, you quit responding and cease to help them. That's ridiculous. I don't see how you can expect customers NOT to leave bad reviews with a stunt like that. Because of the issue that still hasn't been resolved and especially because of the way I've been treated as a paying customer, I will be letting all my professional connections know not to waste their money on "Elegant" themes.
