This app is so far off. It is telling me my body fat is 40 percent, and my BMI was so off. I am a stocky type body I have lifted weights from a young age. I have recently lost 20 pounds. Yes I would like to loose 10-15 pounds more, but muscle is heavier than fat so it gets tricky. The scale I use is digital, and extremely accurate. The app is counting my muscle as body fat. I have already had my body fat recently checked so I know where I am at. This app is way off. I just deleted it from my phone. Thanks but no thanks
