Didn't email me or notify me in any way that 2 of my 100+ yards of fabric orders are back stocked and wasn't coming... "live Chatted" twice, emailed once, and left a voicemail, and nothing. Finally got a hold of them, and waited on hold multiple times for over 5 minutes each time. Horrible service.
