My product (Overland Saddle bags) arrived with a damaged zipper. Not sure how that got past quality assurance at Overland. Very disappointed.

Reason I chose this business:

Usually they stuff I get from Quadratec is top notch, ready to install and use. This time, Overland did you in and no one checked the product before sending.
