Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. The charge you see on your card is a preauthorization, which is necessary for security verification reasons. In the event that an order is unsuccessful, the charge is not completed and that preauthorization is released in accordance with your banks policies. It's more of a hold than a charge. As for the tickets, sellers can list their tickets for sale on our site as well as others, and if they sell their tickets on another site, but you buy those same tickets on our site before we're updated with the information that those tickets have been sold, this sort of situation can happen.
