It took a fair amount of reading the fine print to understand what you're getting into. Also, the measurement instructions didn't make sense. One measurement gave 2 options that would result in different measurements, but no way to indicate which option you used. Other options were dependent on existing clothing which may or may not reflect an appropriate fit.
