1. Company false advertises production and delivery times for products. Promised on website proof takes two days - count on a week. Add on another week for production and shipment.
2. Customer service runs you around for a week, delaying the inevitable news they cannot get your order in time. Ruining a very special Christmas Surprise for my family
3. Department which deals with personalized orders very condescending, rude, and essentially useless in making anything happen. Really no accountability for ruining someone's christmas.
