Instead of planet fitness doing the right thing and enforcing rules they made, they ban you. They have caused me emotional distress from negligence. I'm terrified for my life while they had members laughing at me. They make it like it's my problem just by asking them to do their job. I'm scared they gave my info to this other member. This is not a gym where you feel safe and the gym could care less if someone kills you on their floor.
