They sent me an email saying limited time promo on Natura Bisse with pictures of the products under the promo- and then when you try to use the promo- it says it's excluded. DECEPTIVE AND UNETHICAL ADVERTISING. Very few Natura Bisse products are included in the promo. UPDATE- yesterday I live chatted with customer service and showed them the same pics and how upset I was with their deceptive advertising and wanted to go to the BBB. They just said sorry but there are exclusions. Today when I checked the site now ALL the Natura Bisse products are included!
