I often find it better to buy loose gemstones and have them fitted in earrings of my choice. This site has some great deals on loose gemstones.
It's amazing how long my LG kitchen appliance works. I bought the dishwashing machine like a decade ago and it still does the job. Whereas my friends are always complaining about theirs and some of them have changed several of them in this time.
A washing machine was ordered online and a phone call from this warehouse called us to make an appointment. The appointment was set for Friday. Unfortunately our house is old with narrow doors from the basement. The delivery guys came to the conclusion that I should make sure the entry way was cleared, the handles to the stairs down the basement taken off, and the screwed in table top on top of the current washer taken out. I agreed and they told me to call this 909 number in Rialto to reschedule. So I did on the Monday right after. Monday comes and I call and some lady says they don't do deliveries for personal deliveries and gave me a lg customer service #. I call after 70 mins of wait time plus 1 dropped call to find out they do not have the name of the company that does the delivery/install. Cust serv lady says she would put in a request to for me to get a call back from the delivery contractors and that it would take 24 hours. Waited on tues nothing. Wednesday comes around, I decided to call back the 909 # in Rialto. Finally reached someone who could reschedule for the following Tuesday. Fast forward it's Tuesday and someone calls stating the delivery guy has COVID and rescheduled to thurs. Fast forward to today Thursday 6/15/23 9am. Got a call stating our washer is lost. Wtf?!?!? How? Said they would call back with a resolution. It's 5pm now and nothing. Worst case experience ever. Still don't have my washer and it's already paid for.
Purchased a fridge from LG (through Best Buy) just under a year back. The fridge failed while still under warranty. While LG sent a company over to assess the issue and changed both the Compressor and both Evaporators - it STILL DID NOT WORK! My family and I have been "chasing" LG customer service for over 3 weeks to get the promised refund/store credit and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as a result of no refunds on a failed product. The LG Customer service is LAZY - they ask the customer to get in touch and do all the work. Haseeb and Ronald Calderon in Customer Service are VERY incompetent & extremely lazy. They play phone tag, don't put anything down on email and what should have been resolved in a few minutes, has been stretched over for over 3 weeks! They are a NIGHTMARE to deal with! I can't advise you enough to refrain from any LG products - if it fails, you're in BIG trouble as LG will simply refuse to help you! You will spend MANY hours talking with them over the phone but NOTHING gets done!
