Do not order anything from this company unless you want stress and headache in your life. The dress we ordered was delivered but was not made from the same material as advertised on the site. They claim you can return and receive a refund but after over 5 months of requests they refuse to refund my money. Save yourself a lot of headache and do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! Everything that was said in the previous reviews is true and correct as I went through the very same thing.

Pretty website. Pretty dresses. BUT I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is a LIE and a JOKE. They absolutely DO NOT honor their satisfaction guarantee. They repeatedly refuse to send a return receipt or a refund. They wasted nearly two weeks trading comically ridiculous emails requesting that I just keep the dress even though I don't like it. It would be hilarious if it weren't so shamefully dishonest. I'm an avid online shopper, and I have never been so disappointed in a company. For shame.

As an 18 year old girl, senior prom is a big deal. I do not have endless amounts of money to spend (I was paying for the dresses myself) so I searched for cheap prom dresses on the internet. The first result was a website called zoeprom. Their website contained dresses for all occasions at a low price, so I decided to take a look. Within a half hour, I had found two dresses that I loved. I bought both with the intention of returning the one I wouldnt wear. Their website states, Prom Dresses, Weddings. Custom Made, Easy Returns, Shop Now! so I went ahead and bought my dresses, assuming that truly would be an easy return. I couldnt have been more wrong.
The dresses arrived a month later and I couldnt wait to try them on. I opened the package and found that one dress was made from a bulky and unflattering material that did not match the picture and the other had a broken zipper. I started to panic; now I had two dresses that I couldnt wear. Both dresses contained a red tag that stated, If tag is worn, you cannot return which confused me into thinking that I could not return them. After further investigation, I realized that I could return them. I returned to the website to find out how. Under the return policy section, I found the following, Quality problem-FREE!-You are qualified to get the full refund if your item(s) are defective, damaged or mis-shipped and Any other reasons for will issue a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s). You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. Relieved that I could return the dresses, I started to follow the instructions. There is a within 14 days return policy so I hurried to find the correct buttons that would allow me to make the return. The first direction tells you to sign in, go to my orders and then click view details. After 10 minutes of searching for the view details button, I gave up.
About two weeks later I had returned from a family trip to England and decided to email the company to ask how to return the dresses. The response to the first email was, So sorry, it is too late for you to return it. I emailed back asking why I couldnt return them and did not receive an email back. Six days later, I emailed again and received a short and disrespectful answer stating that I could not return the dresses. I went on the website in an attempt to contact them by phone only to find out that they didnt have one. I emailed one last time sharing all of the information that I have shared with you. I explained that neither dress has been worn, that they were currently sitting in my kitchen with all tags attached, that ones material was not consistent with that of the picture on their website, that the other one had come with a broken zipper and that I had been confused by their tag/policy. I copy and pasted their own policies (shown in bold above) and they refused again. As a result, I am now writing this.
The poorly made dresses I bought cost me a total of $332. To a senior going into college, that can translate to a couple textbooks, notebooks + other college essentials or 3 months of food. All things that I cannot really afford to give up. Because I cannot get my money back, I want to save people from this rip off. Zoeprom is NOT worth looking at. The dresses do NOT match their website counterparts and they do NOT follow their own policies.
Please share this with whoever you can and in any way you can. On Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, different review sites, etc. To teenagers looking for Prom dresses, Bat Mitzvah dresses Quinceanera dresses, Sweet 16 dresses or any other form of party dress. Women who are looking for Cocktail dresses or wedding dresses. You will not receive a dress that you would be proud to wear.

This company is an online scam. I ordered a dress for my daughter for her senior prom. They offered an optional custom tailor, so you could send your measurements and it was specially fit, which gave me confidence in believing that they knew what they were doing. FALSE! The dress did not fit, however she loved it so much that I figured I'd take it to a seamstress and pay for alterations. To my horror I learned the dress was NOT made to fit even remotely and because the dress was so poorly made and cut it would cost $170 for alterations. Clearly it was cheaper to go to Lord and Taylor and purchase something else. When I contacted them to tell them the dress doesn't fit, after endless emails they refuse to take the dress back and give a refund. A very expensive error trusting some online scammed promising to offer something they clearly are not capable of. I didn't even want to give them a 1, but there was not a 0 selection!
