During the pandemic lock down, I was searching for companies that sold dried foods to stock up for heavy days. I found tons but most of them had extremely high prices for a few pounds of products. Local stores were closed and food was becoming very difficult to get. Znaturalfoods had superfoods and dried whole powdered eggs and dried whole milk powder! I was surprised that a company offered many products I needed in powder form. Spinach, Broccoli, Strawberry, Blueberry etc. They have fast shipping, free shipping, and awesome customer service. I'm happy they are my source for dried foods because there's other companies that don't care about us the customers. They just want our money! I hope the owner of ZNaturalfoods can see this review so he/she can see that they are doing me and many a big favor by sourcing products that we need to survive on this planet. By the way, Super 8 Berry Blend is my favorite product in the company. Its an excellent blend that'll boost your immune!
I ordered Organic Apple Powder from ZNatural Foods. I did receive my order promptly, but this product has a Prop65 Warning on it that was not pictured clearly on the website. I would have never ordered this product had I known it had this label and could cause Cancer or Reproductive harm! I never opened it and will throw it in the garbage, a huge waste of money. Very dissatisfied with this company and return policy.
I purchased wheat grass and other products a few times, shipping is fast, they answer any questions on the phone, good customer service as far as i could tell. Except for one night when i placed my order someone tried to make an unauthorized purchase with my card of $1000. The card company called me and i had to cancel that card even though the purchase was declined. Not sure but it may have been one of their employees. That never happened to me before with any other online purchases

I am really sorry that happened to you but I am 100% sure your credit card number was not stolen on our site or by one of our employees.
We do not store your credit card number anywhere in our system and the only thing our database does keep is the last 4 digits of your card number which is encrypted. So if someone was able to hack our system the only thing they could possibly get is an encrypted file that contains nothing but the last 4 digits of card numbers (the 4 digit number is scrambled with encryption). And because our site does not keep credit card numbers it is not possible for an employee or anyone else to ever get a customer's credit card.
Beyond that we have taken extensive measures to secure our systems. Our site is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), has been continuously updated with all of the latest security updates, and we use the latest TLS 1.2 cipher suite to encrypt the connection when you place an order.

The reality is, these days, there is no way to know how or where a credit card number gets stolen. Especially when hacking sites sell working credit card numbers for $1 - $5 each. But I can assure you our site is safe and secure.
