Zibdeals did followup and sent a new replacement product after a week. Though the price paid ended up being almost $500 more than the online price I initially ordered, the replacement TV was exactly as ordered - brand new, perfect condition, and performs exactly as expected.

When confirming my original purchase of an LG Oled 65c8pua with Zibdeals.com, I was told that the TV I had just purchased used second tier supplier parts. If I wanted a completely LG TV the price would be almost $500.00 more. Stupid me, I agreed to the increased price with the promise that I would be getting a brand new, never used tv in all original packaging. The sales rep also said I would be getting a 5 year warranty.

After reflecting on this for an hour, I tried to cancel the order, but could not as I used a debit card (mastercard). They immediately had taken the money from my account, and my bank said there was nothing I could do. I filed a dispute immediately.

The TV arrived 6 days later and all looked good as packaging seemed complete and brand new. No damage to the packaging. A friend and I set it up and all seemed fine. About an hour into setup I noticed a bright vertical line running down the screen. I continued with setup and calibration, and the TV started turning itself off. The turnoffs increased to the point that it would not turn on PERIOD.

I called LG - they recommended I contact Zibdeals for a replacement as it had just arrived. They informed me that Zibdeals could just return the defective TV to LG and get "Credit" to order me a new one. I explained this to Zibdeals, and they said they would look into it and contact me back immediately. They have not. Subsequent calls have not been answered, emails not responded to.

Stay far, far away from these people. Should they actually make this situation right with a brand new replacement TV I may consider removing this post...

Won't deliver on delivery promise

Called Zibline to check to see if they would deliver a grill that I would order. They said they had three in stock and order would go out tomorrow. Went online and made order and website said they would deliver for free. Got a call from order desk telling me they would not deliver to me and we're canceling my order. What is up with these people? Total waste of my time!

Like Clyde B., on 7/14, I am not "flying high". After ordering LG Oled 65c8pua, I was called to verify the order and told that "the panel is not manufactured by LG, but by a third party" and that subsequently, "the number of nits would be less than that of the same model purchased at a best buy... that it would be the quality of say... one sold at Costco". I spent the next several hours and then days researching the LG OLED line and could not find a thing about the lower end or that model number. In fact, LG states that regardless of the source of ANY parts, all models within a model number do not differ other than the SKU that identifies the seller/ lot, per the manufacturer of the TV itself. The new A9 chip in the 2018 line does give a slightly higher % of nits for the model year in the C-W8 models - but this has nothing to do with anything other than the processor being upgraded. To tell people that there are a different number of nits depending on the source of the panel is just wrong. I'll add this. The attempt at putting me into another model with an upsell or into a lesser model due to your issues with inventory - and still blatantly selling items that you do NOT have in stock - is not appreciated. Your website (to this very moment) is allowing the order of items that are apparently not in stock. I understand being a family business. I have one, too. That said, when we F up, we make it right. When we are out of inventory, our POS system removes the inventory from the ordering process. It should not have taken this long for me to make it right for myself. Please fix your website, your service and your communication. I am looking forward to receiving the TV and will not want to receive anything but the identical model sold in Bestbuy.

THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!
Ordered an LG OLED TV. They had the best online price.
Called after a few days to inquire about order status because it still showed processing. They said they had left me a message (not true) asking for me to call them because the item was on backorder. They said it would ship out of a BJs in Florida within the next few days. Sounded fishy, but I agreed to wait. However, I did go to the BJs website to see if they sold that model. I didn't find it listed and that worried me. After 1.5 weeks I called back (order status still shows processing) and was told it was still on backorder and would not ship for another 2 weeks. My bad, but I agreed to wait two more weeks. Two weeks went by, order still shows processing and I called (again) to talk with someone. The representative now said the product is still not in stock and wasn't sure when it would be in. During the conversation he also mentioned the unit was an 8-bit, not 10-bit board. That told me it was not the real LG TV. At this point, I cancelled the order.
Immediately following I went to their site. The TV continues to show as in stock, not identified as a deviation and now $500 more.
The last comment I'll make about this company is about their level of professionalism. Every time I called, I was able to speak with a person. However, their call system puts you into a voice message that says you've called outside of business hours (which was not the case), the representatives were obnoxious and clearly not prepared to answer calls (you could hear them fumble to put on a headset before speaking - ouch for the listener).
