Zevera

I made a BIG mistake in buying premium from Zevera. Most of the downloads doesn't start at all, extremely slow, or interrupt. When you try to use one of the file hosters, they are suddenly unavailable. I can't even download one 100 MB file from them. The most annoying part is their customer support. They don't uphold their policy on guarantees and the moment you ask for refund, they will write to you "you are not entitled for a refund" without any specific reasons why. Look on more reviews from Zevera and you will find that they do not respond to refunds. That says a lot about this scam. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

Complete scam. Says "No daily limits on Download" in big letters but after you pay they admit that the hoster limits apply. With sites like filejoker and keep2share you won't be able to download even a single file a day before the limits are hit. Also says "In the rare case you stay unsatisfied by our services Zevera.com offers you a full- money- back guarantee!" but this is a lie, too. If you are unsatisfied and ask for a refund they just keep telling you to "try again". Save your money, this site is a waste.

I tried for DAYS to get Zevera to work, I emailed their "support" team many times, but I could not get any large files to download successfully. So a complete waste of money. Just go with Rapidgator or Uploaded's paid services - at least they WORK.

UPDATE: I contested my original payment to Zevera, with PAYZA (the company I used to make the payment), and eventually Payza did return my money, because Zevera never responded to the complaint. So if you're willing to wait a few months, you can probably get your money back from Zevera (depending on how you originally paid them).

I've been using Zevera Cloud for a few months and find it to be useful idea. It's saved me money and time. Good service and value.

I have suffering from a big scam, i deal with file hosting business, like rapidshare, extabit, filepost etc

To day i bought a premium acount of 150 gb from zevera.com, and after it can't download a single file till now, hence i thought itsa big scam i contacted my credit card issuer bank but failed no success, they told that payment was already mad e, and now its impossible yo refund, though i contacted withing 2 hrs still... iam from india, kolkata

Before purchased i search fro ZEVERA.COM I THOUGHT ITS TRUSTABLE BUT STILL GOT SCAMMED IF U HELP ME TO GET BACK MY MONEY I WILL VERY GRATEFUL THANK U

Meest asociale bedrijf ooit. Sturen je bestelling niet op. Als het na weken wel wordt verstuurd, krijg je iets wat je niet hebt besteld. Dan mail je ze dezelfde dag, wachten ze 14 dagen met reageren en zeggen ze sorry "retourtermijn van 14 dagen is overschreden" en reageren gewoon helemaal nergens meer op!
