Ordered T-shirts from this company it took months ans months of back-and-forth hard to understand communication. They refuse to use email and didn't like using text either. Phone calls we're so noisy with TV background noise, you could not hear or understand more than every 10 words or so. Finally got my T-shirts, washed two of them and they bled all over themselves. I cannot use this in for my company. When I contacted them they decided that I was not telling the truth that somehow I had duplicated their T-shirts and made them bleed on themselves to get my money back. Interesting angle to get out of taking care of your customers. I have pictures I sent to them. Just really wanted this handled and was willing to work with them. They feel they have "no obligation" to quote their words. Do not waste your money on this company they will scam you.

I ordered cut and sew shirts from them and based on my past bad experience I was worried about the quality as I couldn't afford to waste money any more. The whole ordering process was easy and free from hassles, they committed me to deliver the sample shirt within 15 days, but it took 20 days, and I guess that's because they were having some festival in those days.
But that isn't a problem for me anymore, because I exactly received what I was expecting and I was relieved. Gave them go a-head for bulk production, I received my whole order 30 days. So, yeah got to say these guys are doing legit good work.

It was my first time trying a silk scarves collection in my store and I am happy I chose Zega Apparel for this project. Although that's not something they specialize in still they created a luxurious scarf that feels good against the skin. Also, I love the printing quality of the fabric piece.
My customers are already asking for variations in design, and colors. Thank you for the good job. Order again, but make sure to deliver it on time this time as I can't afford to get it delayed again.

The fabric of the T-shirt looks promising and durable; I have tried a couple of T-shirts, and the sizing seems to be okay right as mentioned in the tech pack. After washing it a couple of time, the Shirts doesn't seem to shrink, and the color of the shirts doesn't fade. Probably the best features I love about this clothing line.
One thing I wasn't expecting was color bleeding from the shirt to other clothes. I hope you guys can also take care of this quality in the further orders.

I used to get my clothing from a number of brands, yet I was not satisfied with any of them. When I contacted Zega Apparel, they assured me they had previously met hundreds of consumers and had explained my difficulties. I went and spoke with their team. I was convinced to put my order with zega Apparel after speaking with him., I placed my order with zega Apparel. They sent me a single sample piece first, and after I approved it, they moved on to manufacturing. I am quite pleased with their service. They took a little longer than expected to deliver my order, but it was excellent. I literally worked with the biggest team manufacturers of clothing and I'm really satisfied.

Zega Apparel had provided me with the Stunning high-quality fabric on my very first order when I started my private label clothing business with them. And now, I have cut and sew and custom sportswear product lines under production with them. My customer is pretty satisfied with the fabric quality, and so am I.

The customer support of Zega apparel is worth appreciating. I find one issue in my sample hoodie and I was wondering, to fix that issue they'll charge me extra dollars but it didn't happened they replaced and fixed the error with no extra costs. Totally loved their hoodies quality.

Hey everyone, my name is Dorothy and I run a clothing brand by the name of Sportly Apparel and launched it early January. I just want you to know that if your orders are delayed and have faced any issue with a certain representative, try switching to another one because Zega Apparel is a US registered but an overseas manufacturing company. There are workers their from different parts of the world including Asia as well as North America. Sometimes due to communication gap, things do not go well and you can switch to someone that can explain things better to you. I did this for my brand and even though things took a little longer, I was more than satisfied with the end result. I was facing the same frustrations with delays but due to Covid, a lot of business suffered and so did theirs. Having dealt with many clothing manufacturers, Zega Apparel has been the best choice for me professionally and I am definitely going to use them for my future lines as well. They built my website, they built my clothing brand and are also helping me in selling my custom clothing through their digital marketing services.

Rubbish is what this company produces, they did not produce our product to the agreed quality. They sent us not what we ordered and have since disappeared. Worst place on earth to try and do business with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

We paid Zega Apparel $6,735 for 150 hoodies. They sent us the invoice 12/9/2021 and we paid it on the same day.

It was sent to Zegatron LLC.

It is now 8/17/22 and all we have been provided are lies, excuses, "samples" that are pure trash -- 8 months of this nonsense. We demand a FULL REFUND now, or we will file a lawsuit. They tell you what you want to hear, but then scam you. Read all the reviews online. They are all the same story. The only positive ones are fake and obviously written by them company themselves.

Not sure if they are aware, but the are committing international wire fraud here. I'd suggest they refund us right away.

The first samples didn't follow the tech packs at all and were such horrible quality. They made excuses and said they had to have them redone. We waiting 6+ months and finally received a second attempt. They were worse. Again, they did not follow the tech packs. The neck holes were so small you couldn't even put them on.

The clown "Ali" there just makes excuses after excuse. We have a email paper trail a mile long full of contradicting lies and excuses. A court would crush this company. Refund now or we file suit for not only the money stolen, but also for damages, plus legal fees. We are done playing games. Our legal team is ready. I'd suggest avoiding that route.

I hope nobody listens to their lies and falls for this scam. Not a single company we spoke to has had a pleasant experience, let alone received any apparel. This is clearly a big scam operation. Pure fraud. They are criminals.

After more than a year of sublimation printing, we decided it was time for us to switch to custom cut and sew clothing. But I was feeling nervous. How can I find someone who can cut and sew clothing to my brands, and can I trust them? I search a lot and invest my time searching in Google and visiting all the websites providing cut and sew services. After searching a lot, I'm tired. Then I found zega apparel doing cut and sew services. I also send my patterns and design to others who are providing me services to my needs. And I Also fill the zega apparel form, and then the zega apparel team contact me, and they give me detail about their services and what they are more reliable to others who are they in clothing line services. After get designs and patterns got other apparel manufacturers, I was not sure they could do what I want to make. After getting the design from the zega apparel team, I was shocked they did a great plan according to what I was in my mind. Their team was tremendously helpful in providing mentorship and guidance that helped us make our vision a reality. They also gave us a thorough understanding of the apparel industry at every step of the process. They deserve a massive shoutout for their impeccable guidance and dedication to ensuring that our new collection meets all our sustainability goals. I am not saying that go and fill the form and contact their clothing line in blah blah. They are seriously good at apparel manufacturing. At least try them once.
