Stay far away from this website. I ordered 10+ items from their Terror 2 Collection on Oct 22 and the order is STILL processing on Dec 2. Was promised shipping within four days - it has been six weeks. I have contacted them several (6, maybe 7) times about it but I keep on getting scripted replies that they are "investigating" it and that they will get back to me. But here's the thing, they never get back to me and everytime I get in touch with them it all starts over. They've told me several things - unprecented demand, covid restrictions, processing in the warehouse, shipping as soon as possible etc etc. All BS that never answers my question of when this will be shipped and they won't refund. Oh yea, they didn't hesitate to charge the money the day after I ordered either... Absolutely distraught by this website and service. Should have read reviews before I ordered. Stay away, they scam you.

DO NOT SHOP WITH ZAVVI. TOTAL SCAM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PHONE NUMBER, ORDER CAME WEEKS LATE AND THEIR TWITTER TEAM JUST MESSED ME AROUND AND AVOIDED REFUNDING ME. SCAM. DON'T GO NEAR THEM.

I ordered a playstation 4 from the web site. A week later still no delivery, then I found out it is out of stock, no communication and they deleted my account.
A lot of wasted time and a huge inconvenience just before Christmas

Ordered 3D Dvd. Site didn't mentioned DVD was playable only in Europe. Known as Region B. Could only get partial refund.
Now This part of the review is a review of Zavvi U.S. There is no placeholder on Site jabber for just US site. Ordered 3D star wars DVD playable in all regions. At checkout, the price for DVD & shopping was $2.50 higher. Emailed complaint, but they said I had wrong price. I had double checked site before I complained, and the lower price is even still in my basket. Advice. I got an even better price from Amazon UK
