This is a good website for me and usually I can receive the gold I bought in 30 minutes. If there is something wrong, maybe it will take longer, as the cheap price, I think it is worth waiting. I purchased a power lvl 3-50. The emailed me asking for personal info like drivers license, bills, and other info. After doing a lot of research this company is based out of China and sells your info to people who buy identitys. Zamgold refuse it issue a refund so paypal is going to dispute it. If that doesn't work I'll have to dispute it through my bank.
To be honest I was let down really badly by the waiting times BUT I did get my gold and was given a little extra. The operator who dealt with the issue was amazing too.

If you order from them you may or may not get your items. What I can definitely tell you, is that you will not get your items in a timely manner. They take days if not weeks to deliver very common items that you could probably find yourself within two hours. Just avoid them, their service is terrible and they can barely any order. They had to refund me for 1 runestone. They don't even have one of a common runestone in stock. Forget about it
I paid them for gold... they sent me a video of someone sending the gold but i did not receive it. When I complained they told me i was a liar. Please do not use these scammers.
After processing my payment through paypal I received an email saying they would not complete the transaction unless I sent them a picture of my passport/ID and credit/bank card! I, obviously, told them no and asked for a refund. They, of course, refused.
If this happens to you, don't bother contacting paypal, their buyer's protection doesn't apply to virtual items. Just call your bank and initiate a chrageback right away. Luckily, paypal's seller protection doesn't apply to virtual transactions either so your chargeback will finish quickly. It is important to use a real credit card, not a prepaid or a debit, so you will have the option of a chargeback with your bank sticking up for you.
BTW - read the 5-star reviews here closely. Many are very similar, the english is a little off, wording more like a cheesy ad than normal speech... just sayin'
Ordered gold and was told I had to be level 60 to deliver it. I told them this was unacceptable because I was only lvl 42. I then asked for a refund but was ignored. Don't buy here you WILL get taken.

The douchebag who owns this site is called Tang Xiangwen. I paid for 60,000 gold which cost me about USD 15.90 on 15 June 2016, but it never arrived. Instead I got a string of emails from the douchebag that claimed that they needed to amass more gold. I waited for almost a month, but no payout. When I messaged him on his website, he claimed that he already delivered to me my gold, which is bull$#*! because I never received anything. This $#*! even had the audacity to block my IP when I tried to LiveChat him to ask about what had happened to my payout. Bloody thief! Take note and STAY AWAY unless you want to be conned!
SCAM! Now they take it another step. They create a new character with the same name aas yours on a different server for the same game. They then mail the items you order to that false character. They take screenshots of that transaction and send them to you showing that they mailed the items. You never get them. You get scamed! Do not use Zamgold.com.
