I bought a brand new phone and the invisible shield screen protector at my local phone carrier's store. I had issues with the protector shortly after my purchase. Zagg promised a lifetime warranty. I'd been in contact with them for months trying to get a proper replacement. They sent me some really flimsy plastic. Nothing like I originally purchased. First, they told me that they were out of stock. Then after months of terrible customer service and communication, they told me that they no longer carried the product for my phone because it wasn't popular. Now, I'm out 40+ bucks and no screen protector. They refused to give me a refund since I didn't buy it directly from them, but an AUTHORIZED carrier.

I purchased XTR2 glass.for $59.99 + tax, for iPhone 13 pro max., now shield is coming out from the phone (Phone is always kept in case). It is not even an year of purchase. Vendor told me that life time warranty and replacement is free. Now they are asking $9.99 for shipping and handling.

I wanted to send Zagg constructive product feedback on their website, but there's nowhere to do it. If anyone from Zagg is reading this: your screen protectors are a great product, but it's too easy to get confused when installing them and put them on upside down. The reason is that the white tab that you peel off first is at the bottom end of the screen. Psychologically, it looks like this end should be aligned with the top of the phone, but it's backwards from what you expect. TWICE I have put a Zagg screen cover on with the notched end at the wrong end because of this. And once it's on, there's no way to fix it without breaking the screen protector.

Screen protector cracked in less than a week, you have to pay $12 for shipping with their "lifetime warranty" for a new product you've just already spent $60. Feels criminal to me - they're stealing your money for crap quality products.

I bought a screen protector supposed to be glass, within the second that it was on it started to peel, and I am not rough with phones. It is garbage 0/10 I would not recommend. I also bought 2 cases at 50$ I figured it would be as good as otter box. Nope I accidently dropped it not even 3 feet and the case is cracked, the quality of the plastic sucks it's as brittle as a light bulb, anytime it gets bumped or accidently bumped it cracks, there are scratches in the protector and the screen protector was 60$ I'm so disappointed in all of the products from this company. I wouldn't recommend at all whatsoever! Do not purchase take it from me go with otter box if you want to have quality products!

Bought it for my iPhone 15 pro max. Chipped in three months, asked for a replacement and being told they're out of stock. However, they're in stock if I try to buy a new one. They're a bunch of crooked scammers. Cant believe ATT&T got me in this.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

UPDATE 6/14/2023:
After posting negative reviews and sending copies to ZAGG, I quickly received my replacement. It should not have to take this extreme action with any company, but they did resolve the complaint.

I have purchased Zagg screen protectors over the years. They do crack and break and instead of going through the process of replacement, I just bought another one for whatever device. They all crack, and I really take care of my possessions. I purchased a Zagg Active Stylus at a small shop at JFK airport, before boarding an international flight in Februrary 2023. The stylus worked as expected and I have been using it. I recently placed in a backpack with overnight stuff, nothing heavy, and the top of the stylus snapped. I decided to try the warranty. I registered the product and requested the replacement. I paid the postage and thought all was okay. I then saw my bank statement that they refunded my postage. I logged on to the website and they cancelled the return. I then went through the exercise of playing phone maze and was helped by a rep who said they needed the original receipt. I explained that I had purchased it at a small shop in JFK airport on my way out of the country and it was such a small receipt that it would be impossible to find, however, I did have the purchase on my bank statement, which showed the purchase price and what shop, but not the item, as it was my bank statement. She said that she would contact her manager to see what could be done. She returned and stated that I could send her a picture of the broken item. I did, with the original box and price tag. She said she could not 100% guarantee that would be enough, but would try. I again gave my credit card for processing. She advised me to see if I could locate the original receipt just in case. I received notice that the return was in process. Then a week later, it was cancelled. This is the last Zagg product I will purchase and I will advise others not to purchase due to inferior quality and hoops one has to jump to even attempt a warranty replacement.

The screen protector goes on like garbage. Looks like garbage and the final product is horrible. The bubbles that don't come out, and overall product is horrible. Changed a S22+ and an S23+ and both came out horrible.

I bought a $60 screen protector for a brand new iphone and it broken within a WEEK of purchasing it. When I reached out for my "free" replacement, they told me I'd have to pay $10 for shipping. I've sent 5 lb packages for $10 before, there is no way they can't send it in a padded envelope for near next to nothing cost. Not to mention the product does not cost $60 to make so you would think free shipping would be an option. Customer service could care less and was incredibly unhelpful. I'll make sure no one I know purchases from these people.

I bought a three pack of screen protectors off of Amazon for $7. It has been on my phone for over a month now with no issues. What an absolute joke this company is.

Bought my Zagg for my wife's IPad Air 4,18 months ago from BestBuy. My wife uses it very little and isn't overly computer literate. She can't use it now because the charging port is non functional and she can't charge it. Reached out to Zagg and only communication is via internet and responses from Zagg are total A.I. Responses. No other form of communication available. Since warranty is only one year and no extended warranty ended up purchasing a Logitech. PS. BestBuy was of no help either.

Installation is a nightmare. This is a total piece of plastic film garbage. Don't waste you time with it. Installation is a nightmare and proper installation satisfactorily likely an impossibility.

Tip for consumers:
They make returns and warranty impossible to do. Also they don't answer the phone. Listened to recorded music for 2 hours with no answer. Gave up.

I ordered the wrong product online. It has not been shipped. There is no way to cancel the order online. I tyried calling the sompany and after 30 minute wait someone picked me up and then hung up on me. Calling them a 2nd time and still on hold. I will send back and tell american express not to pay them. They are really the worst.

My product arrived in the mail shattered. I tried to contact Zagg customer service twice and was on hold forever both times and then hung up on. Eventually, I just did what the instructions said and mailed it back and I ended up having to pay FOURTEEN DOLLARS to ship back this product. Total pain in the rear and will never buy from Zagg website again. I shouldn't have to pay to ship back my item that arrived shattered. Also the phones should be answered. Do better.

Still waiting for my refund but won’t get a full refund because I had to pay $14 to ship it back.

I had to get a replacement glass for my phone It took almost 1 hour on hold because the website was updated and they wiped out my information. Finally got through to someone and ordered my replacement they took the money but NEVER received my new glass so I wasted another 1/2 a day trying to get through to zagg again

I ordered a Zagg pixel pro 8 invisible shield screen protector through verizon when I purchased phone. It cracked after not even 2 months and It has been over a month since I registered product and still no sign of even getting a replacement. Don't waste your time and money on Zagg. Just go to Amazon and order a different brand for about $10 for a pack of 3.

It is not a "Free Repalcement". And it does not ship in 1-3 business days. I ordered this replacement on April 2,2024 and it is April 24,2024 and I still have not received it. Shame on Verizon for pormoting this company and its product then "washing their hands of it when there is a problem.

Zagg is the worst company with zero customer service - they take days to respond to online questions and no one answers their phone. It will eventually just disconnect or you will wait on the phone and no one will answer.

After paying for a product to be shipped and it was never delivered, I inquired about a replacement and was told they didn't have any to replace and that they don't offer refunds. So no solution was ever offered even after I inquired about it.

It has been two weeks of calling, DMing on Twitter, and reaching out and they are simply not a real company as it seems like no one works there and is able to help.

I recently purchased a ZAGG privacy screen protector for my iPhone 25 pro from T-Mobile, hoping to safeguard my device's screen. However, just three days after installation by a T-Mobile employee, I noticed a crack stretching from the top to halfway down the phone screen.

Given that the ZAGG protector comes with a lifetime warranty, I promptly registered my purchase and submitted a replacement request upon noticing the crack. However, my disappointment escalated when ZAGG informed me of a $10 shipping charge for the replacement. Wanting to avoid this fee, I opted to pick up the replacement from a ZAGG suggested store, only to be informed upon arrival that I'd be charged another $10 for the screen protector itself.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with ZAGG's product and customer service. The replacement process is not as advertised – it's certainly not free, as promised. Moreover, the quality of the screen protector does not justify its hefty $59 price tag. It's disheartening to see a product fail so quickly and under normal usage conditions; I hadn't even dropped my phone.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend the ZAGG privacy screen protector based on my negative experience. It's a costly investment that fails to deliver on its promises of quality and customer satisfaction.

This company does not provide good service, poor customer service, the owner does not contact you when there is problem with your phone, I will not recommend this place to anyone, this place is operated by a bunch of crooks, I went there to fix two phones screens there at the location in Smith Haven Mall, they fix the screens and messed up a few other things in my phones, the phone camera doesn't work, the flash light doesn't work any more, the volume is not working, please people if you want to fix your phone go else where. They are liars.

Powerstation products outside the US must be returned at the customers cost and you also pay the shipping on the replacement unit. This is crazy especially given the unit I purchased failed after only 3 months. Will cost me 50% to replace! I have registered complaint - will update if they take any positive action.

Invisible shield really SUCKS. Scratches very easily, very cheaply made, and very expensive to replace. After I spent $65 for the 1st shield, which lasted only one day, they charged me another $10 for the 'free' replacement. You're better off buying a roll of clear packing tape for $3. I've been using that for decades to protect glass. Or buy a real glass protector for $10 online. AVOID ZAGG! They have the WORST reviews for a reason.

Missing alignment tab which made proper installation impossible. "World class Website" which I heard about dozens of times (while on hold for nearly AN HOUR) was broken, not allowing a replacement order. Item purchased thru Verizon, ZAGG is requiring a receipt which I now need to contact Verizon to get.
Spending hours to get a $25 replacement for their screwup is ridiculous, will never buy their products again

Make sure you get a receipt and save it! My box was missing parts but did not realize until opened after Christmas Foolishly assumed that the box contained the proper items.

I purchased their product from Verizon and now i cannot get a warranty resolved. The website suggested process is a joke and they refuse to answer the phone. Based on customer service alone 3 stars and will not be buying their product again.
