We received appropriate updates from YB as our order progressed. The 2 1.5 liter bottles were VERY generously wrapped in bubble wrap, and then the box was stuffed with yards of brown wrapping paper. No way they could have experienced any breakage in transit.
East to order, nice discounts and fast shipping. I haven't tried everything yet so I'll have to see.

I am very happy with the quality of products and service from Yummy Bazaar. The oil is marvelous and at a reasonable price. The delivery packaging is good, though they need to add bubble wrap vertically around the oil tins so that the tin bottoms don't get crunched (the wrap horizontally around them was great). The slight crunching is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Fix this, and Yummy will almost assuredly always receive a 5. Thank you, Yummy Bazaar!

I ordered a package of cookies as pictured on this website and was shipped an entirely different product and when I pointed this out to Customer Service they were completely dismissive. The manufacturer apparently discontinued a certain cookie that I wanted and came out with another cookie.
It was somewhat different but clearly not the same.
Yummy however, had no idea and continued to represent the old discontinued item on their website, but sent me the new product which is completely different than what I ordered.
More concerning is the customer service response. They are insisting that it was simply a package change despite e telling them repeatedly that it wasn't. It was a product change and they simply don't want to acknowledge it. But, they did say that they will update their site. Why would they do that if it's only a package change.
Don't buy anything from this site, you just can't trust it. It was also very poorly packaged and shipping was twice delayed.
Most of my order is in cans and the amount of plastic bubble wrap used on these cans is shameful. They are cans! Plus, once again, the delivery company placed my boxes not under cover on my porch as a sign on my front door directs, but out on the sidewalk in the sun. They did not ring doorbell to alert me of the delivery. All this happened the last time, and I reported it then, too. The boxes were hot when brought inside and the cans were also warm after unwrapping the yards of bubble wrapped around each one. I have a photo of the huge pile of bubble wrap and brown paper left after unpacking, if needed.
Order was placed on the 31st August and only arrived on the 9th September. One of the products looks to have been damaged before shipping and placed into a zip lock bag - really weird.

I bought chocolate from the YummyBazaar in Aug. They contacted me through email and tell me that it's going to melt and offered me to choose between free ice pack or cancel the item. I thought it was an automatic reply so I ignored the email. Then they contacted me again the next day. This is very considerate and I love it.
I received the items but some of them (cookies) were packed to tight inside a box and I noticed that the cookies inside were damaged. Maybe if the amount of package requires more boxes then Yummy should review their policy and use more boxes.
What happened? I lost all my hard earned money. My broker did not help me in a critical situation, and all my money was taken away. Now I want to thank. ( rebrand. Ly / zrich) They returned everything to me, all to a single cent. If you are deceived, you know who to turn to.
Answer: One package delivered with no problems. Second package not delivered (haven't had delivery problems during the pandemic). Originally agreed to provide a [coutesy] refund and then inexplicably refused a couple of weeks later. Super shady.
