Horrible customer service. Ordered and no progress with the order for 4 days despite stating the order would be processed same day and shipped in 2 days. I called customer service and was told I could not cancel because order was processed. I asked when it would ship and was told the order would ship in 2 business days. Needed items before and explained to the CSR and she said nothing she could do. I told her this is poor communication on the company to not notify customers delays in processing. She told me I could pay to expedite the order when I asked if possible. I said no and that I won't need the items if not available to me before Saturday. I said the order needs to be cancelled and I should not be charged 20% restocking fee for their inability to follow through on their commitment and guidelines written on the site. She said she couldn't guarantee this. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said not possible. She said she would cancel and I should receive notifcation within an hour of my cancellation. Ironic how she could suddenly cancel the order but said originally she could not. This company does not stand by their policies. Buyer beware!

I have been searching for this in the grocery store to no availability.

I received an expired box of candy. Even though I submitted photos to customer service they refused to do anything about it.

Very easy to order, average delivery time, but that's OK. We love everything we have ever purchased from Yummy Bazaar.

It was my first order and I was very happy about the it all ( easy order- perfectly timed delivery and perfect delivery) I was worried some items might get smashed during transportation or delivery ( it has on other sites and deliveries) but it was perfectly wrapped and protected.

These are the best cardamon cookies that I've been able to find and Yummy Bazaar has the best price.
