I've been subscribed to Yume Twins for 18 months and my desk is totally decked out with the cutest stuff now! My plushie collection has also doubled. My favorite items are the useful ones, like the lunch boxes, jewelry case, desk calendar... Every month is more fun thanks to Yume Twins! My only feedback is that I miss the illustrated anime covers the booklets had in 2022. Still love the booklets though, the graphic design is so great and it's fun reading about Japanese culture!

They claim 5-7 items, it's usually 5, September was the last box to even have 6, before that is was February, go back two year none of them have 7. Pricing has gone up, I feel like variety and quality has gone down. They started making custom items, I don't think anyone asked for that, so instead of a licensed character, you get some random thing they've come up with. The boxes seem really padded at this point, it feels like "here's three things that were thought out and here's 2 other random things to get to our 5 minimum." The March '23 box was the Mega Mystery Box, which was literally them just dumping overstock product. I bought it delusionally hoping I'd get something neat. How wrong I was. The Nezuko and Snorlax are literally overstock from their Demon Slayer box from March '21 and their "Game Land Adventure" box from November '22. The other three are literally item pulled from their crane game site, they still have the little prize stickers on them. I mean maybe I just got unlucky and someone out there got a really cool figure or gacha but I got crap. The sad thing is this was my first subscription box and customer service has been really good to me over the years. I feel bad canceling. I've been putting it off for a while, but it's kinda garbage. Like every few months I'll see a box and be like "Oh this might be fun" but I always end up going "Why? Why do you keep giving them money for this crap?"

I loved the coin purse super cute! And plus it was My Melody which I love! I also fell in love with the Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary! I also fell in love with the Rilakkuma pouch bag and the squishy felt weird but yet is was very satisfying! I also really liked the calender it was adorable! So was the little dog they added!

Every month i receive these boxes and they always come with the cutest items in it. Customer service is always helpful and quick to respond. Delivery takes quite a while but it's worth it.
I loved all the Kiki's delivery service goods and they were straight from Japan because you can't get them another way. I like the Spirited Away file and it was fun reading all the background info in the book. The bento box and triangle pouch are so cute and I can't wait to use them. I live tune twins boxes!

I love this box. I gave it 4 stars because I originally ment to order only one box as a trial and ended up with an entire year and they would not refund me at all, even tho I hadn't received a box yet.
However other than that, it's been so fantastic. I love the items, even if they have been about things I didn't know existed it's just happily expanded my horizons and the majority of the items are actually practical and things I can use on a regular basis on top of being kawaii.

I really love this Halloween themed Yumetwins box. It contains my first Nyan Nyan plushie and it looks sweet and adorable. It also has a mochi-like texture which makes it so nice to touch or squeeze! Happy surprise = Happy girl! Delivery was fast. It was shipped out on 11th Oct and I received it on the following day! Really hope to get a full-body Nyan Nyan plushie in future Yumetwins box. Wonder how it will look like?

I love getting this box every month. Everything is always super cute! They offer a lot of perks along with the box, like sign up and upgrade bonuses which I've taken advantage of and really liked. I've included a picture of some of my favorite things from a few past boxes.
Product is amazing and decent arrival Time, i suppose if i had a complaint it'd be the nearly non existent tracking. Sure they give you a number to track but tracking it 2 times bow has said nothing but can't track or they aren't in service area. Every time I attempt it. But other than that everything's perfect
It has been so fun receiving YumiTwins each month! Every month has different Japan kawaii merchandise. It's great to see what is inside each box every month. My nephews also enjoy receiving gifts from me!
Any mystery box- type thing will vary is quality with each package but I find myself pleasantly surprised with new things each month that I love or I can happily pass on to friends and family. The pricing keeps me from sticking to a consistent schedule of purchasing but I find myself coming back again and again.

We always have a pecking order, I get pens, stationary and usually keychains, then my two little girls can fight over plushies, bags and gadgets. It's a great balance! We always find uses for things.
Only hurdle is sometimes the theme isn't quite up our alley. Sorry, Kirby. Items are still cute though!

I ordered the Ghibli box for a friend. I didn't realise I was an automatic subscription renewal, I can't remember seeing that, but okay. I received an email stating it was renewed. Haven't received any reminder beforehand. I sent a message straightaway asking to cancel it (just a few hours after receiving this message) as I don't want another box at that time.
I was informed it was too late and there was nothing they could do about it. Okay it's maybe in their T&Cs but I find this very dodgy.
The box wasn't shipped or even prepared. I can't understand why they can't proceed a refund...
Now I'll get a box I don't want, that will be totally useless. I don't recommend and will never order again.

I was charged for three boxes. I tried to cancel before being charged for the third box, but they make it nearly impossible to figure out how to cancel. Plus, 35 dollars just for it to be shipped as Sea Mail and have to pay ten dollars extra if you want air mail is a bit much. If I had ever received my packages rather than seeing "Refused" under the shipping area where it once said it was shipped then I might have a better story to tell. I have requested for a dispute today on the first box I made a purchase on and will provide more information when they hopefully contact me back.
