I paid about $90. For a 100% human hair wig through Wigsis but the confirmation email said an entirely different (company?) name. I hate the wig texture, style and fit. Sent an email for return address. Was "offered" a second wig for $40. I emailed refusal and again asked for a refund. Second response from them offered me a different wig for $50.! Along with a suggestion to "sell" the wig to a friend or take it to a stylist. Still no refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE company. The wig was supposed to be sent from USA but came from Singapore!
They sell you wigs that are nothing like the picture and they tell you they are custom made for each person, and they only offer you a token payment and never a full refund. It is not a UK based site, their URL is misleading. I'm emailing them for a refund because the wig is much longer than the picture of what I ordered, they offered me £10 to take it to a hairdresser and get it cut to style. I am absolutely gobsmacked.
I bought a wigs on yourwigs.co.uk, it fits me well, it's pretty comfortable. I'll be back again, thanks for your good quality.
