Same as everyone else's experience. They say you can get a Carnival cruise for $88 a person and the only other fees are the gratuity. Come to find out after a year of trying to book something that after all the hidden fees the cruise comes out to more expensive than if we booked it directly with Carnival. I have called the Batavia Chamber of Commerce, Carnival Cruise, Better Business Bureau and anyone else who can get me information to help shut them down. No luck yet, but it has only been a few hours. STAY AWAY from them. Be Aware they do have several different names and will probably change again. Brite Vacation Club, Travel Service Network, US Travel Group. Etc.

I have been dealing with Yourtravelheadquarters for almost a year. We bought into the cruise deal along with 10 other couples for over $1900. 00. They continue to tell us that our dates are during "peak or seasonal" times and that we will have to pay extra money, which was not part of the offer! We have submitted about every month of the year! I am now in the process of seeking legal assistance. BE AWARE!

DO NOT fall for their offer of a free cruse and all you have to do it pay the tax! It is a total scam, we bought 1 cabin and it sounded good so we bought 3 more. We had to mail request forms to get antoher request form to get a voucher to book the cruise. Then they ask you to list 3 dates (they tell you that if you book 60 days out you will be guarenteed a cabin), not true, we send our request in with the three dates with more than 60 days, they could not book any of our dates, the service people were very rude, would not give us a refund but we could not book either unless we upgraded and paid more money. We lost over $600.00! Do NOT fall for this SCAM, say goodbye to Your Travel Headquarters, all they are offering is headquarters on the ship fo fools!
THIS TRAVELTRAVEL AGENCY IS A RIP OFF... THE CRUISE DEAL IS A FRAUD... WE SENT IN THE FORMS AND ALL THE DATES WERE ALL BOOKED ON THE CRUISE... WE WERE TOLD THAT WE HAD TO UP GRADE... WITH THE COST OF THE UPGRADE THE COST OF THE CRUISE WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN IF WE HAD BOOKED THE CRUISE WITH CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES AND WE COULD HAVE GONE ON ANY DAY THAT WE CHOSE... WITH OUT ALL THE FORMS AND NOT KNOWING IF THE DATES WOULD BE AVAILABLE... THIS IS A BIG SCAM AND THE STATE SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND WILL HANG UP ON YOU... BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY... B
