Pissed Off

For 5 months now I've been repeatedly told to fill out a NEW application Everytime I call them for any help. They will give you the run around all damn day because they don't know anything else other than "you'll need to fill out a new application". At this point my kids are hungry and need to see Drs. I'm a single mother working a commission based job so I can continue getting my kids where they need to be when they need to be there so my income is little. These people have denied me of everything even after I've sent them EVERYTHING they've needed by the time they've needed it, but they CHANGE my date for when it needs to be sent in then they tell me they didn't receive it on time. They absolutely do NOT EVER check the website or app so don't even waste your time with that. Super quick to tell you it's your fault to when you try to address the situation. They need a new system full of PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO HELP!

Absolute garbage

This is supposed to make things easier? HOW!?
Get an alert that I have mail go to the site, messages just says to check forms and letters.go to that section and it's just a mess. Lots of pdfs to download, what? They couldn't have just told me what they actually wanted.its just all garbage. About what you cam expect from a government website.

Very rude

I called because I needed help with my case since I was having issues with the online application and the lady on the phone was very rude. When I asked her a simple question she was annoyed and started giving me attitude for no reason. I was polite and literally just asked her something because obviously I wanted to have everything all done correctly so that I wouldn't have to keep coming back and filling different documents out. I called thinking I was going to get the help I needed but instead I got a lady giving me attitude for simply asking a question. Very disappointed.

For the last 2 months I've been trying to do the renewal for my son's medicaid and I keep getting a different error code each time. I call 2-1-1 to report it and the representative asks me if I want a paper renewal for mailed to me. I say no, I'm calling to report the error codes. I guess it's gotten so numerous that now they just tell me the site is being worked on and won't even report the error codes any more.
Edit:
It's been several days and I'm still getting different error messages.
Edit:
It is now Oct 27th and I'm still getting an error message when doing the renewal online.
Edit: It is now Nov 9th and I've still not been able to submit the renewal. I've gotten 7 error codes since my last edit.
Edit: It is Dec 12th and I'm still getting error codes when trying to do the renewal. I keep reporting them and nothing is being done about it.I am uploading the last 12 error codes I've gotten since my last edit.

This site is poorly managed. Full of glitches and flaws. Always under "construction" for no reason since the problems never get fixed.
