Easy to navigate the options and order the correct part. I've had no problems with price, payment, or delivery. This is my favorite site for pool supplies.

Ordered a pentair system. Did not ship when promised and could not get an update so cancelled before it shipped and was promised prompt credit. Received replacement order immediately from an alternate vendor. Months later Pool HQ shipped. It has taken several months and multiple phone calls and paperwork and it still has not been credited despite many promises. Will file fraud dispute with card company. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE OR ANYTHING THEY SAY AND DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. I only bother to rate exceptionally good or bad service so this is only my second ever rating. Save yourself, its too late for me.
Old unit lasted 10 years plus. Relay and high temp unit failed Cheaper to replace than repair. Great way to go. Same as old model but with improvements
Ordered parts June 15th. It is July 5th no parts and the web page now reads. "This is a demo site no orders will be fulfilled, but they took my money."
I have ordered in the past from this companyand they were very KNOWLEDGEABLE and very helpful fiding what I needed. I recently placed another ORDER and with the Holiday's I thought it would take a longer time to receive, but the order arrived on time and exactly what I needed. GREAT JOB! And HAPPY HOLIDAY! I 'll be speaking soon as I just Purchased another house with a BIGGER POOL! :)
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
We purchased a replacement $300 pool lift battery from YourPoolHQ and received a battery that was not the correct version for our lift. We had no idea there were multiple versions of battery and no information was provided on the site suggesting otherwise.
Upon calling the customer service number to to resolve the issue, we were immediately told that they didn't think there was anything that they could do, but if we sent them an email with the original order and pictures of the batteries (old and new), they would look into it. We did exactly what was asked and got no response.
I called the lift company directly and got detailed info that there were two different batteries and we likely got the newer version while having an older lift. They suggested we try to call the company where we purchased the battery and explain the issue again.
With this info, I called YourPoolHQ and asked again for help / replacement, and got a VERY confrontational and unhelpful response suggesting the exact same thing - they likely wouldn't be able to help us but send an email and they would look into it.
I tried to explain that we did nothing wrong by trying to order a part that was not properly, technically represented on their site, and it makes no sense for a customer to place an order for a $300 item, receive the wrong item, and just have to eat it because they don't have the details of what they're selling up to date. The conversation closed with some very unpleasant responses that are very familiar if you read the rest of their reviews on this site.
Bottom line, this company has an "F" rating with the BBB due to "a pattern of complaints". They are happy to take your money but if ANYTHING goes wrong, you will be told there's likely nothing they can do but they will look into it, then they will not respond. Save your time, save your money and never do business with this company. This company needs to be shut down for its unethical business practices. Our transaction was basically theft!
Lightweight, easy to use, works great! This pump is easy to maneuver and pumped the water off the cover really fast. Looking forward to the ease of using this pump.

My account is still processing but it didn't take them anytime to get my money. Ordered June 21,2018 still waiting on part.
Order placed on 6/4/18. I haven't received order, voicemail is full, no answer during business hours and no answer to emails. I think I've been scammed out of $258.
The delivery time was very good it appears because it came out of Georgia.
The Drive Controller is installed and working well.

Great, efficient, fast service. We'll certainly shop there again. They were able to help when we couldn't locate a pool supplier in our area.

I just felt compelled to write this review after previously reading other reviews. I'm in Grapevine, TX and we just suffered from this big freeze along with power outage. I ordered a new Hayward W3C5030 filter a week ago and it just arrived today. It was shipped freight and was here in a week. I could not expect anything better. I contacted/left a message the Thursday evening I ordered it online and Shaun at YourPoolHQ called me the following morning on Friday. Order was verified and he answered all my questions. He informed me if I didn't have a tracking number on Monday to contact him. I called Tuesday, had a 6 minute hold time then Shaun answered. He informed me my filter shipped already and then he emailed me the tracking information.
Communication was there; emails and phone. Received our new filter in a week! Freaking awesome, especially since this is after the Texas snow/freeze of 2021 and many suppliers were out of these filters.
