Terrible customer support

I purchased Yongnuo transmitter for speed-lights from Amazon, and it broke in a few months. I was contacting their customer support several times during two months, they answer very rarely on emails and each time ask same questions. Finally, I threw it away and had to purchase the same one because their flashes work only with this trigger. Very disappointed.
