Yoddle has taken my company from just a couple of remediations a month to several. The quality of people we are getting is fantastic. We've had natural periods of up and downs but Joshua and the Yoddle team gets right on it and within a week or two our volume picks right back up. That type of attention is super for a small business. We need the quick response and service. I've been with Yoddle for years and I plan on being with them for much, much longer!
I wanted more visibility for my company and Yodle promised they could make that happen. I already have a website that I paid to have built and it's pretty good, just not very visible. They didn't want anything to do with it - they "built" another "website" that was so generic it looked like a 3rd grader did it. After thousands of dollars, many calls to Yodle and NO legitimate business leads, they told me that I was in a very competitive market, the lack of success was my fault (I needed to build THEIR website with reviews and pictures) and said there was nothing else they could do. When I told them I was disgusted with their lack of attention to my account, they said they would be OK with them if I terminated our relationship. I should have trusted the reviews I read about what a sham this company is... You should too. If I could, I'd list my phone number and ask anyone who is thinking about signing up with these yo-yo's to call me first...
So far so good. Dashboard is easy to use. Customer service has been very helpful. Also the weekly lessons to help you get started has been great. I have not got any business yet, but I see my website move up on search pages and I am getting interest on my website. SO I am happy so far.
Today, my partner and I spoke with Jared with Yodle. He walked us through setting up our account through Yodle. He was very friendly, personable and informative. He made it very easy for us to go back through, on our own, and update information on our account. He also explained to us how to use our account in a way that was easy for us to understand. We really enjoyed our conversation with him. Also, we really look forward to using this service and can see where it will be a great asset to our company.
I am a new customer of Yodle and just completed the online session to create our website and learn all the features of Yodle's marketing program. I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the completeness of their web marketing capabilities. It is providing me with all the tools I wanted and several more that I didn't know about. I am very excited about our new web marketing program. I believe it is going to be a big success.

We have had nothing but good luck with this website being able to review the phone calls is a plus. Were getting many phone calls from this website. Joshua Robinson is a great asset to the company and is very knowledgeable.
I was told they would keep up with my facebook, twitter, and google account, but I had to post the pictures and write something. So I paid them to WATCH my account rather than update it. They are sorry. They took control of my google page and pointed it towards there website instead of mine and change the phone number so they would get credit for all the calls. I was so pissed, I canceled that day. Ye be warned!

I have been working with Yodle for years and have always been happy. There is a personal connection with my marketing consultants and I always have someone to talk with about my account. They always follow-up when they say they will and keep me up to date on the new features with the product. Without even requesting it, they are constantly coming up with new ideas for better results. I have already recommended many others and will continue to do so!
Yodle wasn't for me as it turns out. I need my own website marketed since I've had it for 20 years. However, I want to say that their customer service was the BEST ever. They answered my calls quickly and always helped me very curtiously. I am using another avenue to boost my presence on the web. But, their customer service is great!

I am 19 days into my "Yodle Experience" and I am impressed. I have received weekly calls (which I schedule for my convenience) to guide my through how to optimize my presence in my market via Yodle. All three representatives have been insightful, friendly, and really helped me understand the potential of Yodle. I am highly impressed with the aggressive manner in which I am able to reach out to my existing contacts as well as attacking new business with not being over bearing. In retrospect I wish I didn't deter Yodle as long as I did because I would already be way ahead of the game.
Yodle makes us first on searches That makes it easier to find us on the internet. It even helps with our current customers. When they look up our number they just see us and they’re not reminded of our competition. Yodle covers us.

We have been with Yodle / Google since July 2014. We have received several telephone calls - and we have closed three (3) contracts - one of the jobs will finish this week. One of the jobs will start this week. The third job should start next week. We are pleased with the quality of the calls we received - we are currently talking with three other possible contracts - one looks very promising. Homeowners who make the telephone call to us are looking for someone to do the work and tend to be serious about having work done. Now that we are closing one job - we look forward to additional telephone calls and the opportunity for additional projects.
I’ve been getting a lot more calls since using Yodle. I like that I can track everything, see where the calls are coming from and follow up on any calls that I miss. What I like the best is that the team is always trying to encourage me and give me new ideas to try; they want me to be the best out there.
Bonnie Jenkins gave me a tutorial on the Yodle Dashboard, something I wasn't looking forward to, as software is often confusing and made as difficult to use as the designer can possibly make it! But Bonnie very clearly, and patiently showed me exactly how to use the Yodle Dashboard. She did an excellent job, and I soon discovered that this particular program is very easy to learn how to use. Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
