Horrible company, horrible contract. Would not recommend them.
Spend your own 1 hour a day and you will do better than that.

I own a landscape company that has been in business for 20+ years and to this point have been strictly a referral business. I have hired on a few new workers and decided it may be a good idea to get the phone ringing a little more so I decided to try yodle. The last 3 months have been good and I have my phone ringing more and have added a few very good clients to my company list. I'm interested in seeing how another few months works out right but I'm pleased with my results.
I received a sales call from Yodle and made the mistake allowing them to do their pitch. It all sounded reasonable so I signed up. I should have known that I was in for a bad experience once they offered a significant discount for pre-paying, but I proceeded. Yodle set up an adversite for me based on my website, but the site was awful. I spent hours getting it better with better text and pictures. All of this was a total waste of time because the few calls I did receive over the 1.5 months I was with Yodle were terrible. I canceled my service and have not looked back. I'm sorry I ever did business with Yodle. Stay far, far away from this company.
I have been using Yodle's so called "service" now for 4 months. In that time my rankings have never moved. I find myself having to call and notify them of mistakes they are making (if they were diligently working on my SEO like they said they were, they should have caught the mistakes themselves). Needless to say I am now done with this company and would seriously advise AGAINST using them.
I needed to change my add campaign back to Family Law and Personal Injury. I also wanted to change my website. Felicia, the Yodle Rep, was very prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. She made great suggestions and explained every step in the process and made it clear for me the difference between the ad campaign and the website.
Terrible experience with Yodle. I used their services for one month, then decided that my advertising dollars would be better spent elsewhere. I called to cancel my account several days before my month was up. They put a high-pressure salesman on the phone who became more and more rude, patronizing, and disrespectful. I finally insisted that he cancel my account. He said it was done and hung up on me. Several days later, I see a charge on my credit card for another month's service. I called Yodle customer service and was told that yes, their records indicated I had cancelled, and that they would reverse the charges. That was several days ago, but the charge is still on my account. I have now had to dispute the charges with my bank. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB.
My experience working on the Yodle dashboard was enhanced further by talking with their representative (Bonnie). She was very patient and well versed on explaining the ins and outs. I'm looking forward to working with it in the future to help me with my business.
So far, everything has gone well. Tools seem to be easy to use and I hope to become more proficient. Photo upload didn't work this morning but it was going to be reported by the employee I was training with.
With the website was only up and running for 30 days and we received 5 calls already, great job. We look forward to see how many calls we will receive after the 3 months it takes to be fully up and running. Keep up the good work.
Our practice has increased new patient visits with yodle. The online portal is great for checking out our stats instantly and tracing our leads and the support team is great and getting back to you when you have questions and helps you every step of the way.
So far I have had great communication with the customer service staff at Yodle! They have answered all of my questions and have scheduled repeated phone appointments with me to help me get my account set up and show me how to use the tools and resources that are now available to me! Today I worked with Tamika and she was wonderful in explaining certain features and walking me through the features that I need to focus on! So far I am happy with my investment!
We had our first training session with Beth this morning and we really like how easy Yodle makes their sites. They are easy to get around in and easy to use. We are thankful that we were contacted by Yodle to help us grow our small business.
I have a small carpenter service, when called to sign up the sales rep. Said there was certain amount of people in my area looking for the type of service I provided. I signed on to yodel with a 2month payment. Now it is 6months later I am still paying but no results.
Jared Farris was a great trainer! He is for now the voice of Yodle for me. His patience and clear descriptions were essential to my navigating the Yodle dashboard. I believe I am in good hands and off to a great start with my relationship with Yodle.
I have been a customer of Yodle for over two years. I find all of the customer support to be extremely helpful. The members of this company go out of the way to make sure that my business is visible to the online community. I find their service to be a valuable part of my success.
I am new in business and to Yodle. I got very good hits though conversion was not as good. I do not blame Yodle for that.My ranking was good so they delivered. My account manager Courtney was the best. I am reviewing and re-assessing things before I go forth.
My experience so far has been great. The Salesman that sold the site was patient and knowledgeable. Miles provided excellent customer and helped setup the site and followed up several times. Miles was knows her business and provided many tips and suggestions that made the site work to its fullest. Miles gets a Five Star rating.
Very knowledgeable and when I asked a question that he wasn't sure about he said he would ask the development dept. Instead of guessing or making up an answer the rep was going to make sure that what I was asking for was the best thing for my account. I felt that he gave me the highest quality service that anyone could expect.
Wow. This woman, Tori Cardosi, is so professional and when we had a problem she dug deep, understood how to get us what we need and then gave us a PPC campaign that is starting to work. Keep her happy as these employees are worth their weight in gold. She turned us from wanting to leave to now staying.
The staff at yodle are very helpful and easy to get ahold of. You never have to go through an answering service to reach your representative. It's great that every record and keep track of every call. This is a great teaching tool for the staff.
Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.

Answer: If you get a website made. The search engine go by the 2nd letter in order for your site to be pulled up quickly. You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book.
