I was very interested in giving Yodle my business for my executive coaching business. However, I did not because they refused to put in writing all they were promising on the phone. I've never had a business do that before. Simply unbelievable. Smells like a scam!
Prior to working with Bonnie I would have given Yodle 1 star. Her excellent, patient instruction is extremely useful and showed me parts of the program and dashboard that I had no idea existed. Now I'll give Yodle 4 stars. Bonnie actually deserves the credit, now it's up to me to do my part and wait to see if the program really works it's "magic".
Yodle likely has the best customer service of any marketing/advertising program I have ever contacted. My call is always answered immediately -- by a real person who can answer complicated questions. Jorge Suarez is one of the best Customer Care reps out there. I wish all customer service departments could do what Yodle is already doing.
I have tried several advertising, sales promotion, web site awareness, etc. companies for years to get leads and referrals. So far, Yodle is the only method that really works. I have received leads and converted some of them to new customers. The people at Yodle are professional, knowledgeable and really take ownership of my situation.
I'm a dentist and give out my personal cell # only if I know you or if you're a patient of mine and call after hours for dental emergencies. Did not appreciate cold call sales pitch on my personal cell phone! What low class marketing group. Other dentist beware.
Customer service was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and with patience. She has a very pleasant personality making navigating the dashboard an easy and pleasant experience.
Great experience with your company so far, you've done everything you said you would and in less time than i thought it would take. I've hung up on all online marketing companies that have called trying to sale me something, except for yours. Best decision i've made in a long time, and so far best money i've spent in a long time. I think that by using Yodle I have really been able to make a name for myself. The team is always there to help when I need it with fast response times via e mail as well as over the phone. They take their time to help me make my business all that it can be and to customize a plan to fit my goals and needs.

THANK YOU YODLE. These guys really know what they are doing. This company has taken my business profits to new high s. I've tried a lot of companies, they promise you all sorts of help. Truth be told, they are only interested in taking your money and giving you mediocre services. Yodle ' s customer services stay in touch with you, they are truly interested in your company's best interest.
Yodle has generated more sales leads for my clinic than any other marketing tool I have previously tried, and it takes virtually zero effort on my part each month. After an initial discussion with my Yodle rep to determine the best marketing strategy for my clinic, I have been able to focus on other things while Yodle continues to analyze and readjust the online marketing for my clinic throughout each month. When I do have special events or offers coming up, I just shoot an email over to my rep, and they modify some of my online ads to reflect those events and offers. I recommend that other business owners try Yodle to effectively increase their online presence in the marketplace.

I've only been with Yodle for 2 weeks. I like their platform a lot. There is a lot of support and professionalism. Customer support has been very helpful they have spent a lot of time with me. They are very patient and informed. The site they built for me has a lot of cool things in it. I do want to say that I had a hard time understanding the person who gave me my first training call because of her accent. And the other thing I didn't like was that my follow up call came in 30 minutes later than our scheduled appointment. Not big deals, but I did want to put them out here.
Yodle.com is doing the website for my law firm, Lucid Law, PLC. Yodle has designed an excellent website which has generated a lot of business. Just as importantly, Yodle has a Dashboard feature that allows you to follow all leads and monitor the effectiveness of the website. Yodle also provides constant guidance and interaction regarding the best ways to communicate with the public. I find it to be invaluable.
I am new to Yodle and needed a basic training session to guide me through the use of the website to optimize our success with the program. He took the time to take me through each function and explained it thoroughly, answering all questions that I had. Now I have a better overall understanding of how this works and what I can be doing to help our company get more leads.
This company has a robust set of tools to help a company get internet advertising going. My rep Ryan was very helpful in showing me the features that I would use and the way to use them. He also was able to accommodate my schedule when in the middle of our training session I had a client interrupt. I do not know what results I will get yet, but the setup and tools look good.

Yodle has helped us increase the efficiency of our online advertising by almost doubling our results without an increase in spend! On average up to a 1/3 of the leads we get from Yodle are becoming customers each month. With one lead, Yodle even generated a repeat client that spends several thousands of dollars a month on a consistent basis.
I’ve been working with Yodle for two months and have had a positive experience so far. I’d never heard of Yodle before they called me but they explained how SEO worked and it intrigued me. I managed to find some extra budget after the sales guy Scott talked about what Yodle will do me. I’ve already got several customers from Yodle and am going to renew with them for another six months for the SEO results to fully kick in. Yodle has been great helping me get new business! Their customer service has been top notch. Everyone I have worked with has been polite, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me build my company's brand awareness on the web. Less than a month in, my phone is ringing! Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.

You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book.
