Ordered stuff totally screwed up the muleing process however they were awesome and replaced the stuff for me really good process really good caring employees. The only thing is that it's a little long to resolve problems maybe in the future is put in a live chat feature. That would have made it truly epic. They where awesome. Their prices are great and selection is also. A GREAT BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH.

One time I actually ordered my items for the wrong server, they had no problem taking the items back and re-filling the order on the server that I meant to choose. It was completely my fault and they still fixed the issue for me.

I've purchased from Yesgamers a few times, bought a rune or two, and a few annihilus. I got my items within minutes. The functionality of the site is great, it's easy to use and they offer so much more than they need to. I purchased their anni promo (4x anni for 1.44 us dollars) and was redirected to a site where you see the progress they're doing with your order. After that they give you a free mule service in which you just press buttons in the browser, and can command the characters to drop the purchased items!

To sum it up, this site does a lot for you as a customer. They respond quickly to your emails, they deliver very fast and offer great prices for various items (including hardcore items.)

This incident happened on 12/17/2015. The Transaction ID: 3S*******EL*******M. The ORDER #PAG1CTWJ4D. They were running a special of 20x any runes of your choice for $3.33 for Diablo 2 and I made the order and sent payment immediately. An hour later I still had not heard anything from them and had sent them 3 different e-mails. None of which they responded to. They ended up just sending me a refund and never sent my items when their website says you'll get it in 30 minutes or else it's free. They never gave me a reason as to why they wouldn't fill my order. I sent another e-mail after I got my refund and they still did not respond to me at all. They have horrible communication and don't try to resolve any problems you have with them at all. I am not pleased with them at all and will not be making any more purchases from their website and I hope that if anyone else is reading this they will try to buy their items elsewhere as well.

I was dumb and started adding a bunch of stuff to my cart after looking around and seeing the crazy prices. Only after making my purchase and trying to join the game made by the Mule Helper did I realize that I had selected the wrong realm! I emailed them using the Contact Us on the website and they got back to me in under a minute. My refund was processed in a total of 5 minutes, counting the time spent typing my sob-story. The Mule service was so damn fast I didn't even have time to click Cancel on the website!

I honestly like to shop here because the service was fast than ANY other online shops that I encounter before or if not then a full refund is offered to the buyer in 60 mins <3

I noticed that you can have a mule thing to help you out to mule items instead of a live chat that does not really bother me as such since I got and use two laptops but if the game does not pick up the mule password then I need to use the mule thing to help me out like 0 o is password that I get confused with.

I know some sites are slow this shop will last 2 mins or so to deliver items so give the site a go and you will be pleased with it within a few days.

NEVER had a problem either with my stuff that I order, I shop a lot there some prices can be a lot though compared to the other shops.

They do give you a small discount code sometimes I never got it always I sometimes got it.

I have tried a lot of sites over the years of playing D2, and YesGamers was the first site that really impressed me.
The first order I placed was the first day of the new ladder, when it should be a lot of traffic. I expected it to take a couple of hours at least before the mule account was ready, as I experienced in the past. I was really suprised to see the mule info was ready in less than 20 seconds, and I had the items on my account in less than one minute from placing the order.

The mule helper on this site is incredible. You do it yourself with a couple of easy clicks.
There are also great discounts on a lot of items, and as I have seen a couple of times they also give away items basically for free (2-3 cents for top tier items), so make sure you check in every now and then to not miss out!
