I love ordering from yesasia! Response is quick and ordering is easy. I would give a full 5 stars but my albums always have dents when they arrive in the Philippines. Ive requested that my next order be packed carefully so I'm hoping to give yesasia a 5 star review when the next shipment arrive at my house.

Great selection of which not many are not completely available in other cities. The only glitch was when trying to reset my password, the captcha option didnt function well.

I usually order kpop albums from Yesasia and I've order a lot of times with them - around 10 times at least. Yesasia prices are reasonable because of free shipping. They seem like a reputable company so they're reliable and their customer service is good if you have an issue. A con is their stuff comes really slowly to Canada, I have waited from 10 days all the way to 35 days before with the majority being around the 4 weeks (28 days) mark.

I always buy my kpop albums and goods from yesasia. They always arrive in great condition and are packaged well. The only issue I have with the site is how expensive shipping can be and how long it can take to arrive. But I also understand that it's only because they have to ship internationally so I don't blame them for it. Overall I will always recommend this site first to anyone looking for amazing kpop albums.

Good site. Lots of options great for ordering kpop items. My go to for ordering all things kpop. Shipping is usually fast, but on rare occasions it might take a little longer than expected. But other than that its super great!

I have been ordering books from YesAsia.com for many years. I highly recommend their resource for Chinese books collection. I didn't give them five stars is because for some reasons, though the website list Paypal payment recommended, I'm not able to do it. Other than that, they're great.

Prices are reasonable, and free shipping above an order sum >$30 helps. Delivery can be slow, though - up to 6 weeks after ordering.

DVDs have so far always been of reliable quality

Range is somewhat limited, with the emphasis on romcom. And older titles are generally unavailable ("temporary" acquires a new meaning - can last for years).

So they're fine if they have what you want

I love purchasing from YesAsia! It is the best site I've ever found in terms of buying Korean music. I contacted customer service about a TV drama and received a very quick and extremely courteous reply. The site is user friendly and normally it's easy to find what I want. It felt like I had to enter my credit card number 2 or 3 times before I was able to complete my purchase, which is the only negative from this visit.

It has not only kpop albums korean press but most importantly it has albums in other presses. Those presses that i can't find easily and have a reasonable price. Sometimes price can be overwhelming but it's one of the most reasonable one out there. If only my packages come early or within 15days then it would be 5stars for me. I can't really blame YesAsia too coz post can be such a pain sometimes. And really appreciate the free shipping.

No probs with this order so far. Though my last order after it had been placed i received an email saying it was out of stock. Would have been good if they put out of stock before i ordered it.

The website is a little confusing and a bit difficult to navigate compared to Amazon, but the price and selection compensate for that.
