Normally yard inflatables have good quality inflatables that last for years. The 20 foot inflatable snowman with a red vest with the exterior blower is a cheap piece of garbage. The nylon it's made of is thin the steaks to hold it down are cheap. My snowman did not last one season without the base ripping. Stay away from this product item number Y165.

I purchased their 20ft. Inflatable snowman. An hour after my grandson and I put him up it was deflated and laying on the ground. It had a tear a foot long at the base. One hour for a $190.00 yard decoration. I have tried to add more images, but it will only allow the one photo. Order number AB-*******,

AMAZING PRODUCTS!

I am so thankful for the customer service at YardInflatables.com! We purchased an inflatable that arrived very quickly, the purchasing aspect was seamless and delivery was very fast. After using the inflatable one time, the motor died. I reached out to the company and received a reply within a day! I received the new motor and our inflatable is once again flying high! I HIGHLY recommend this company and will 100% be purchasing from them for any future needs/wants.

Bad Business People

BUYER BEWARE!

Found out half of what I purchased didn't work after setting it up in my yard…the sellers are still charging me restocking fees on items that shouldn't even be restocked.

It's been 5 days since their last message, as they're refusing to refund me something I shouldn't be charged.

Just be aware that after you realize their products don't work after setting it up, you'll more than likely get the same treatment.

They dont want to sell you anything! Will not anwser the phone they refer you to internet. Will not send to a PO BOX. But billing address must match shipping address. NO EXCEPTIONS! Just total idiots! Im being nice on this its badd!

Purchased the 20' colossal Santa Claus in 2021 and used it for 25 days in December. Stored him back in his box and then brought him back out in December 2022. After 5 days of him being inflated it tore on the front center seam about 1 foot in length. After reaching out to Yardinflatables for an exchange I was told that I should, "probably try to sew it back shut if it was amongst a seam." A $200 inflatable that lasted 30 uses and it was suggested by customer service that I grab needle and thread and get to work. Please let my mistake help you on your journey. Please purchase inflatables from another company. Ryan

Don't buy from them!

Inflatables material are made very thin and easily torn. I opened the box and there was already a tear at the bottom and they said they wouldn't take it back they told me to go get a needle and thread and sew it myself. Do not buy from them they are rude and product quality terrible.

I had read some negative reviews so I was a little unsure about ordering but they had a great deal on an inflatable I wanted to replace for my son so I took a shot. Ordering was easy, the email updates were great, shipping was free and arrived super fast. I will definitely order again and wholeheartedly endorse them based on this experience

I purchased the jester item Y823L for a Mardi Gras decoration. The item is very cute but the fan that blows up the inflatable is not strong enough to keep the inflated enough to stand up right and fully inflated. I had to tie it to trees to keep it up. I have purchased other inflatables from other companies and never had this issue. The fan in this item was much weaker than any of the others I purchased in the past from other companies.

Sent Wrong Item

One of my relatives purchased a Ohio State Brutus Buckeye inflatable from a Topperscot.com and gave it to me as a Christmas present. When I opened the box with the Ohio State Brutus Buckeye on the outside I soon realized the inflatable was not Brutus. I called Topperscot and they said, yardinflatables purchase the rights to this product line. When I called yardinflatables back in January, they said they would not get a shipment until November of this year and there would be not problem sending one to me. So I waited patiently until November and when I called YardInfatables, they said they were out of stock and offered to refund my money if I could give them the original order number. This was a gift from almost a year ago and the relative could not find the original order. I suggest yardinflables purchase one and sent it to me or send be a check for the current value to purchase one. There response was "We are sorry but we can not just send out money to you. We can not issue a refund if we do not have an order number." I am sorry but they need to belly up to bar and make this right

Purchased an inflatable and it stopped working after 3 days. Yardinflatables.com basically said sorry go away. They would not warranty the item. Would not replace the fan. Would not refund me. Basically said too bad for a $100 purchase and walked away from the issue.
Just kept stating their policy, basically washes their hands of anything to do with a customer after the purchase. VERY POOR COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There are plenty of inflatable companies. Stay away from this one.

DO NOT buy an inflatable from this company. They material is very thin and cheaply made. I had bought a large inflatable from them, and after just a couple of weeks, it tore wide open and the company refuses to replace or refund my money. Claiming I had it staked down to tight or we had a massive wind storm. I have been in contact with them, and they absolutely refuse, in fact they are blaming me! I strongly urge people, buyer beware. All of my neighbors have giant inflatables and NONE of theirs have had any issues. Obviously they bought form other companies.

Poor quality

We purchased 4 inflatable from this company. We have one that won't stay inflated. We have one that is missing lights. We have one that the tie down was ripped off the blow up. The other one was fine. It just needed another tie down. I do not recommend to purchase anything from them. They will not work with you.

Great customer service

We have have an annual Halloween party of 100+ people. We were late getting our decorations out and found a few days before our party that one inflatable blower was broken. I found the blower on www.yardinflatables.com and inquired about shipping. I got a very quick response which said they would get it to me the day before our party if I ordered it within the next thirty minutes. Ordered bulk order from overseas, 2 items missing from first order which they blamed on couriers. Ordered more stock a second time to uk, this time 2 items faulty on arrival. Once again blamed transport for this, however both times, boxes had been unopened / undamaged in transit. Refused to acknowledge complaint, offer compensation or send replacement parts! Extremely rude and condescending. Never again!

Total waste of money.

Absolutely no customer service. I spent $40 on a replacement blower for my 3' inflatable. The website stated the blower I ordered was for 3'-4' inflatable. The motor was so weak, it barely blew it up half way. The company responded to my email with one of their own saying no exchanges or refunds. I hope you won't make the same mistake, and order from this rip off company!
