Ordered 11/30/2020. It's 12/21/2020, still have not received. According to an email I received from them, the order was shipped, a tracking number was created, yet the "package" is still sitting in AZ. Emailed. No response.
Ordered a shirt, a couple of days later I got an email saying that the order shipped and they provided a tracking number. I kept tracking it and the label had been created, but it has yet to ship. Like everyone else says, they reached out to Amanda and all you get is an automated response with no reply ever. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank and also putting in a complaint with the BBB. Bottom line, do NOT purchase from this company if you ever want to see your product!
I ordered this tee shirt to go with a pair of shoes i'm getting in a size small right? Why did they send me a Medium?!?!?! And then at that I can't even return the shirt. Like how do you send someone the wrong size shirt and on my order it CLEARLY says small.
I reached out for a return to find out that they really don't accept returns. It took days for someone to get back to me and I had to reach out more than once. Listen to these reviews! I will never order again.
I saw the reviews but I saw they were old so I was like okay maybe they're better now. NO! They're terrible. I ordered 2 shirts, a Universuty Blue and a raging Bull black and red shirt. I never got any information about the location of the package except that it left the facility in Texas. The order finally arrived three weeks later and it only contained one shirt (the university blue shirt). The black and red shirt was the more expensive one yet it never showed up. I contacted customer service and have yet to hear back from them. On top of the, the blue shirt wasn't even the right shade. You advertise your site as making shirts especially to match shoes but your shades are complete off. I'm trying to get a refund now and it's an extremely hassle. I'm going to contact BBB at this point. On top of that they're saying that I'm going to have to pay extra to return, so you're telling me I'm not even going to get my money back in full?
Well I spend $176 dollars and only for 2/4 item I ordered! I've been email for 4 weeks now and no response! Have sent about 8 emails and get the same email send back every time. So upset and now I don't even know if ima get my money back….
I recently made a purchase for the lightning yayo camo jacket and 2 shirts bundle, however upon delivery I only received the 2 shirts. I spent $188 for the bundle but only got 2 shirts. Highly disappointing because the jacket was what I really wanted. Who spends $200 on 2 shirts?
I have had nothing but the best experience with this website. This is my best kept secret. I've gotten 2 hoodies and a dad hat and I love them! Can't wait to order more! Going to start a dad hat/ shoe collection!
I ordered $164 worth of merchandise which would've only been four pieces as Christmas present why they thought it was OK to send me two out of four don't understand there's no way to get in contact with these people you just have to wait and send an email I think it's ridiculous there's no order slip and I paid $20 for shipping
Company is so poorly run no customer service at all Christmas presents not expected to be here in time one of them missing completely ordered days and days ago hasn't left the spot where shipping label was printed google needs to open reviews for websites without addresses stop shopping from XGEAR them put them out of business I'm sorry I contributed pretty much a scam, send you one thing you ordered send you something else that's wrong two months later so they can charge you a 20% restocking fee and get the product back whomp whomp scams come in all shapes and sizes. And the five star reviews all company employees if you call it a company not one photo or invoice if you swear by this place you would prove your correct invoice purchase instead you're an employee or do you guys even work or do you recycle the same things and make a restocking fee off of them Pic or your lying lmao
These thieves never sent my item out for over a month. Only after getting my card company involved did they take it to post office. These people are scumbags. Lousy customer support, Amanda acts stupid when asking about your order then never responds when you give more info. Still need to see what I get in mail. We ain't done yet.
They basically need to let Amanda go! She's no help. She never get back to you. I have sent almost 6 emails and still have received any information about the product! I filed a report with the BBB. I'm about to start calling local news reporters just so I can get a damn answer. It's ridiculous

I ORDERED 6 ITEMS FOR CHRISTMAS BACK IN NOVEMEBER. TODAY IS JAN. 4TH AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ITEMS. IVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND CALLED BUT NOONE HAS YET TO RESPOND MY EMAILS ARE RETURNED MY CALLS. WHEN YOU CALL ALL YOU GET IS A RECORDING AND CAN'T EVEN TALK TO ANYONE. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION IF I DONT GET MY MERCHANDISE OR MONEY BACK. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I order my shirt! And three weeks I received the wrong shirt been In contact with a lady name Amanda trying to solve my issue with the correct shirt! I keep getting the run around so please do not buy from this business at all the one with the biggie smalls on it was the wrong shirt the other shirt with the 6 on it the correct shirt! And have not heard anything on when I will get my correct shirt!
They're pretty much trash, I ordered a shirt to go with my Dark purple Jays. Man the shirt was nothing like the picture on there website and it's was a damn faded Purple

I ordered the cap and gown shirt to match my Jordans. Really liked the shirt design. I received the email that the purchase was approved. Its been a month and a half and have not received the shirt. Ive sent several emails and no one has emailed me back. Will never order a shirt from here again.
The shirts are NOT worth what they are charging maybe $20 at best, save yourself some money and do some shopping the designs are faded too not what they look like online...
Poor customer service and shipping not as promised Not willing to correct problems. The size chart is way off now I'm stuck with a shirt two sizes too big.
