One of the best cosplay sites in terms of quality and price. I've always had a good experience with them. Suit up for the next comic con event.
They have pretty much every known movie cosplay you can think of along with accessories.
Compared to other sites, their prices are pretty good. On many items, they're the cheapest. They don't have the cheapest price on every item though. Overall, their quality is quite good. Some of their cosplay, their quality is excellent.
If you're new to cosplay or have bought some that didn't look so great, I highly recommend the site.

Their communication process of order status and fulfillment timelines is extremely poor. They do not tell you when an item will ship and held my order for half a month and did nothing to tell me what was going on. Only when I insisted on an update and asked for a refund did they suddenly become more responsive but they didn't have any answer as to why they sat on my order for 3 weeks before doing anything.

Extremely dissatisfied and they wouldn't offer a refund when requested. Their site gives completely erroneous turnaround timelines for order fulfillment. I gave them a full month and they won't be able to fulfill my order already paid almost $500 for!

Buyer beware! I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you want to be hugely disappointed.

I definitely recommend xcoos if you are looking for high quality cosplay costume. I placed my custom made RWBY ruby cosplay costume there last month and it arrives on time.
I have to see that their custom service are very good, they confirmed the information I left carefully after I placed the order, so it turns out that the ruby costume is 100% perfect for me, exactly in my size to fit me.And the quality of the costume is also very good and comfortable to wear.
Now I already have some items on my Watch List, and I will buy them from xcoos once I have enough money.

I ordered a Batman suite from their website. According to the measurements given by THEM on the website I ordered an XL. After several weeks of waiting the package finally arrived. From China :( The website does not indicate that it is an international order. I open the package and the XL I ordered is more like a medium and the quality IS NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. So I go online to return it and find that there's no return system. So I email the company. They reply saying it is not returnable because I custom ordered it. Um. NO. I did not CUSTOM order. I ordered an XL, basing it on YOUR size guide! After several back and forth email they finally agreed to give me a refund when they receive the package back with me paying the return shipping cost. So it cost me $80 to return it to China. I received an email saying they received the package and would process the refund as soon as possible. That's been over 2 months ago. I have emailed them several times since then and gotten no reply. BUYER BEWARE. This is NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! They WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD!
