I ordered invitations. Zazzle by far was not the least expensive but had the design I desired. I proofed the order and it seemed fine. A few days later, when I thought the order was soon to arrive any day, I received an email suggesting I cancel my order because the design I selected would produce white space. After "re-reviewing" the order it was not to my satisfaction and I made edits to the design. I am grateful for the proofing. But the anticipated lead time had decreased and in order to get the invitations out in a sufficient time, I would have to expedite shipping. While this is better than having to pay two full shipping costs, I am dissatisfied with having to now pay an additional cost for shipping an order that appeared to be correct at the time of ordering. After speaking to a representative and expressing my concern, the rep was unrelenting. The fact that I put time into the design and reviewed it several times, before submitting and then all of the sudden there is a problem that results in an increased shipping cost comes across a little suspect and not good customer service. My biggest regret is not capturing a screen shot of the order submitted as proof of the discrepancy. Zazzle is not inexpensive and the customer service is average at best. I ordered business cards previously and they were just "ok". Usable...but nothing extraordinary as the price might suggest. The experience IS NOT acceptable and there has been friction.
After posting the above original review, a representative from Zazzle emailed me and rectified the shipping issue in a way that was better than what I was originally asking to receive. The gesture created a sense of value in me as a customer. I still would advise other consumers to take proof of your proof, leave ample lead time, and hope that customer service overall has improved so that public shame to the company is not required in order to get a satisfactory resolution. I guess Zazzle is trying to get it right.
Stay away from this company!! I ordered a print which looked great on the website, but the print itself was so horribly blurred and grainy. Clearly a low-res photo that was blown up and turned into a big blur. I was offered a zazzle credit instead of a refund, so I ordered a new, different print. SAME THING.
There is obviously no quality control. Low-res photo blown up which resulted in a blurred, grainy, pixely photo. I contacted customer service over a week ago and heard nothing. I made a second attempt and I'm hoping to get this all resolved. Terrible quality prints and customer service is just bad. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else, it isn't worth the headache. BUYER BEWARE
We took our Granddaughter to Disney World this year and she fell in love with Grumpy and Jasmine.These two beautifully made ornaments, customized with her name and the year, will be wonderful reminders of a happy time. She will treasure them for a long time - and not least because they are unbreakable. The colors are bright and just right, and the images are exactly the Disney characters. I recommend these ornaments wholeheartedly.
I read a couple reviews on this site about Zazzle products prior to ordering. So, I was very hesitant to order from them. However, with the price of cards being so low, I felt I didn't have too much to lose if they weren't very good.
Boy am I glad I did! I ordered cards from Zazzle to ask my bridesmaids if they would be in my wedding. They came out absolutely GORGEOUS! The colors, the writing, everything on them was exactly as it showed online. I was also impressed with the quality of the card, (thick cardstock). The company also sent me an envelope for each card, which I was expecting.
I love my cards so much that I plan to order wedding invitations with them as well!
I purchased a groupon to be used on invitations on the zazzle website. When I purchased the groupon, I didn't realize that it was only for certain invitations on the zazzle site. The invitations I initially needed (wedding invitations) were not part of the bunch to choose from, so I ended up using them for something different (bridal shower). When I ordered my wedding invitations, I bought them on a day that there was a big sale on zazzle- it was a christmas in july sale offering something like 30% off. Anyway, I went on today to try and order the bridal shower invitations with my groupon code. It said the code was invalid. I had no idea why it wasn't working because I hadn't used it yet. I called customer service and waited a while on hold and then was hung up on. I called back and waited, not as long this time, and got a hold of someone. I spoke with Niall, and he listened to my situation and was very understanding. He looked at my account and told me that it looks as though my groupon code had been used on the wedding invitations, which is why it is invalid to purchase my bridal shower invites. I explained to him my situation and that I had never used the groupon code on any invitations...he reactivated the code for me and I was then able to purchase my bridal shower invitations. He was never once rude to me, instead super helpful and understanding of the situation and was able to fix it right on the spot! He even apologized and made sure the code would be reactivated in less than 10 minutes! I am so thankful to have had such wonderful help from customer service and very happy with the overall outcome! Thank you, Zazzle, for being awesome! I have had ZERO problems with you and your orders...I absolutely love them! Thank you very much! I will recommend you to anyone!
Zazzle is a really good website to order cute things...but the shipping was really expensive... I used the free 30-day trial, but now I can't use it again. I also got the wrong size of the binder I order...which was really cute by the way. I am very excited about my orders and I will buy from them again.
Would not buy from them again. I paid extra for express shipping to ensure my package would arrive on time as it was for a birthday gift. What a waste of time that was. After my package did not arrive within the specified timeframe I emailed them and was told that it has officially been 'lost in transit' and they would lodge an enquiry and send me out a replacement asap. After replying asking when I could expect the replacement I received another email from them saying that it has actually not been long enough and I have to wait 17 business days before they would enquire with their shipping company, and there was no mention of a replacement. So basically they are unwilling to offer any help or assistance and I am being fed the party line 'wait ... business days and we will look into it'. Very disappointed, and still ensure when I can expect to receive my product.
First, the products are really great - it's a shame because I will never order from Zazzle again. Ever. I had planned to order a lot of my wedding supplies/favors from them, but the customer service is non-existent. The fact that a "Customer Support Hero" responds to inquiries does not mean the support is adequate. They clearly don't even take the time to read a request sometimes. I don't want anything from the company, just wanted to make sure other potential customers are aware of what they're getting into.
Do not order puzzles from here! The printing quality of the puzzle is ok, but the whole execution is off! The pieces do not fit together correctly and are loose. The puzzle I received had many missing pieces. This makes it impossible to execute. Even though I was apprehensive, I ordered from zazzle because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I wish I stayed away because their return process (even with a defected product) is difficult and not worth it. I believe that the reviews that they have on their actual site with the products are completely biased so stay away.
I recently made my first purchase through Zazzle and I couldn't have been more pleased! The delivery time was awesome, the quality of the product was superb and the price was incredibly reasonable. The ordering process was easy, and the continual email updates regarding the status of my order was A+. The variety of products is amazing, so I'm definitely a customer for life now!
I received my order. I just don't understand how all 5 ornaments are different. If they were not personalized, I would return them. So much for 100% satisfaction. 3 of them have crooked pictures on the back. 2 of them have one of the paw prints smeared and 3 of them you cannot read the dogs name because you punched the hole in the middle of the name instead of on top of the bone. Why can't all 5 be made properly and the same. My first time using your company and my last. These were expensive ornaments and not worth the cost unless they are done right. Teresa

Placed an order through Zazzle for an important event. Shipping date was within the time parameters. HOWEVER, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT AT ALL. No response to an e-mail. Called company. All I got was "Oh. It hasn't shipped yet." Cancelled entire order. Will not recommend Zazzle if you have an important event.
I have tried 2 cards and they are not usable.
Order#1. The heavy duty paper is not paper at all, it is ridiculously thick cardboard. The metallic effect if not metallic at all, it is a dull gradient. The printing was crooked or the cards were not cut square. The tracking link for Ontrac shipping is a bogus UPS link.
Order#2. Second try was with normal paper and no fake metallic band. This time the colored lines were misprinted. So tried a do-over. Same UPS error, no sign of my order in my account. My ink jet printed cards at home are so much better.
1-2 spam emails every day about their specials.
I was worried that printing quality wouldn't be very good, but was SO pleased when it arrived. Excellent quality, the order arrived days before expected, and I love that I was able to customize the post card. I used it as a menu card and had the menu printed on the back. Very happy with everything!
Although the customer service team was really friendly and kind, the rest of our experience was as bad as it can get!
We ordered 15 custom kindle covers on a Thursday and all was great! They were quoted to arrive the following Tuesday. On Tuesday we receive nothing and no shipment notification from Zazzle. I check in online and see that our delivery has shifted by another week!!!!! No one notified us about this delay, so I reached out and they changed our delivery method (for free) and apologized for the situation. The problem was that we were moving offices the Friday of that week and this was an aggravating but not serious situation. They updated my address and were very helpful.
The kindle covers were ordered with two and a half weeks to go to our Board meeting. This was a time sensitive order and anyone working with print vendors know that this isn't an unrealistic deadline.
A day after the shipping issues were resolved I receive an email that they cannot fulfill my order because they are out of stock of kindle covers! You heard right! Out of stock!!!!! This is a week after they accepted my order, charged me money, were 'in production for 4 days' and now they cannot fill my order. This is a week and change until I need to be at the Board meeting, covers in hand! It is unbelievable. When I called to inquire what happened - apparently, they had the stock when the order was placed but subsequently ran out and only realized this a week after I placed my order.
I cannot put into words how unbelievably shocked I am at the blatant mishandling of their business. My covers were due to start printing a day, maybe two after my order was placed. They had the inventory on hand at that time. It is just good business to ensure ongoing production by not taking on orders which cannot be filled. Has anyone on the team taken an operations management course or any business courses at all?

I ordered baseball themed invitations for my son's Bar Mitzvah. They were very easy to customize with my own wording and they were available in multiple sizes. I ordered multiple versions of the large size invitation as well as smaller response cards. all of the envelopes were included. And they arrived within a week! I am very happy with my experience at Zazzle.
